Very nice and clean place. Good living room to hang out and rehash the days events. What I liked best is that is within walking distance of GWCC where we were attending an event.

The house photographs really well, but there were several maintenance elements that were unfinished, like missing a banister on the stairs, missing outlet covers, and low water pressure in the upstairs sinks. The towels were very very basic, and there were very limited amenities. The host was responsive, but I would not recommend staying here again.

It was a great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Very enjoyable stay. The house was immaculate and very much enjoyed the bathrooms. Great showers! We were in town for an event at Mercedes-Benz Stadium and felt very comfortable walking back-and-forth even at night to the stadium. Great place to stay if you’re coming for an event downtown.

My family and I did christmas here and this house was the best! Very comfortable, great location, very nice house set up. Definitely recommended. Great host !

Our 4 night stay was for a group of 6, coming into town for a friend's wedding. The master bedroom was very spacious, accompanied by a very large private bathroom. The bed was soft and firm. The other bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The kitchen was large, updated, and clean. We cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner there and I think the only thing we felt was missing was a whisk (which we used a fork instead), an all purpose spray cleaner (which we bought and left there for future use) and maybe more paper towels for wiping down and cleaning (we ran out of the two rolls that were provided by the time we checked out). The location was good for walking to the stadium, conference center, and museums, but not for groceries or leisurely walking. Our party had rented a car ahead of time to get around, and used that to go grocery shopping (recommended). From booking to check out, this airbnb and host had been super responsive and exactly what we were looking for. 10/10

Maintenance seems to be in progress but the biggest issues were that there was no oven and we planned on cooking, remotes without batteries for ceiling fans, no banister on the stairs, unfinished maintenance issues throughout not shown in photos. Door dash food got stolen off of our porch even with a camera so unsure about the safety of the area as a whole. More foot traffic than expected for a side road. Need to provide more towels and kitchen towels. Beds were comfortable and it was clean. Has potential with some maintenance.

Perfect location for our weekend event at the Mercedes Benz Arena. Super close and walkable. House was very clean with everything we needed. Owner communicated very well and timely.

Overall, it got the job done and we enjoyed our stay at the property. I would book again, with the right group. Area: It was close to the Mercedes Benz Stadium which was convenient and a short drive to a bunch of other places we enjoy. There are many short-term rentals in this area that are being built up from houses that needed a little love and I believe this area will continue to improve in the coming years as you see more of this. At no point did my family or I feel unsafe though in general the neighborhood isn't that visually appealing. House: The house was as it appeared to be on the website. Most members of my party enjoyed the space with a few minor complaints. None of the complaints were really a big deal for my particular party, but I will list them as maybe they would be relevant to others. There is not a TV in every bedroom. The only two TVs in the house are in the master bedroom and the living area and I don't believe they have cable tv at the property. Also, in terms of things noticeably absent, there was no oven. At first glance it appears to be a full kitchen but then you realize there is no oven. The walls are a little thin. Noises from other parts of the house can definitely be heard in other rooms. Lastly, the house looks very nice but overall as you spend time inside it you get the feeling the renovation was rushed. Host: The host was great and very responsive. I had a minor issue when I first arrived, and the host was quick to try to rectify it.

Exactly as described. We walked to the stadium for the football game and avoided all the traffic. Lots of room to move around for the family. We would stay again.

Need to get the right information for the door codes. Easy walk but MORE THAN ONE BLOCK from the Benz. We had to walk to vine city marta then across the Northside. Still extremely convenient. Backyard needs work, mosquitoes were rampant. Overall- exactly what we wanted despite the extra exercise and small hiccups.

I booked this home for my team while we attended a conference at the GWCC. The photos looked nice, and the home is very close to the conference center (and Mercendez Benz stadium). The proximity was great, and it was an easy walk to both the conference center and stadium. There isn't anything in terms of stores/businesses nearby though, so finding food was tough. More important, though, is that the house doesn't seem ready for guests. It seems like a recent flip, and there were a slew of unfinished construction outlets. Outlet covers are broken, toe kicks missing, cold/hot is flipped in the shower, main stairwell is missing a railing and there was a lot of construction dust. Electronic keypad doesn't work and there was only one key in the lockbox. I'd spent $500/nt on the place, and I felt slighted paying such a high price for a home that's not ready for guests. I mentioned these issues to the host, who offered no compensation and just thanked me for the feedback.

The house was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Great location, walking distance to Mercedes stadium. Just needs a iron and ironing board. :) Will definitely be back. Felt like home away from home.

Really nice home, seems brand new on the inside in many ways. Very spacious, appliances like new, everything was very clean. We really enjoyed it and would definitely go back!

Our stay was perfect for what we needed. Enough space for each person to have their own room and bathroom. Walking distance to Mercedes Benz Stadium. Everything was very clean and host was extremely responsive. We ran out of hot water but that could’ve been due to people taking showers back to back. Fast WiFi and perfect house!! Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area

The home was very beautiful, and it looked just like the pictures. The host was responsive to all the questions that I had. The neighborhood was very peaceful. My family enjoyed the stay at the home and would defiantly recommend the stay.
