Grand Home- Walk to Mercedes Benz-sleeps 11

This is my group's second time staying at the property and we enjoyed staying our stay once again. The property was clean modern and gave us easy access to Mercedes Benz stadium.

Positive: Location to event. Negative: Need to have handrail on staircase.

Place was beautiful and host responsive. Will book again in the future

Horrible! VERY unsafe neighborhood, don’t waste your money and time!!! Positive: House was decent with furnishing and close to the stadium but neighborhood very unsafe with gun play and police activity! Negative: Neighborhood is VERY unsafe! Trip interrupted by gun shots our second night and police activity for hours looking for the gunmen. Loud sirens and lights were very scary. Cops knocked on the door for info from us. Host refused to refund money and not sympathetic. Per our Uber drivers, there area is known to be unsafe and have lots of crime. Beware beware beware! Attached pics of the cop cars and lights as we peeked nervously out the windows! Very disappointed with this visit and would not recommend booking!

This place is very close to the convention center, walking distance if you choose. The house isn't perfect but neither is a hotel room. House is udated and modern with very comfortable beds. Worked great for four adults.

the location of this home is just two blocks from Georgia World Congress Center and the Mercedes Benz, which is fabulous. Its not often I voice concerns publicly like this as I understand it can have a negative impact. But, I really wish previous reviewers would have been more honest, I wouldn't have rented here. The house had a musty smell upon entering our first day and coming back after being gone all day. Airing the house out did help. The windows were all dirty, like very dirty. The long staircase wasn't to code, it didn't have a railing other than a rope design which didn't function as a railing, not safe for little ones or the elderly. The neiborhood has a few nice homes but many are boarded up with graffiti. All of my issues are legitimate but something I've never dealt with at a rental is excessive noise. the house is just a few blocks from a railroad track, it's not too bad until about 4 am when the horns blair horribly for quite a while, dogs barking too

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable! Very quiet neighborhood it was definitely home away from home. Would definitely stay here again on our return visit!

This location was perfect for us, we were attending a 3 day event at the GWCC. Easy walk to Mercedes Benz stadium, Statefarm arena and surrounding areas. There is no street parking on the road the house is located on, however we were able to fit 3 cars into the parking area/drive way. There is additional street parking nearby but it can fill up when there are events. The house was big enough for our group of 7. The A/C and heat control is located upstairs. There is no full sized oven, they have a large toaster oven available, something to keep in mind if you plan on baking something larger.

This place and location was perfect for our family. The space in the house was very good especially the living space on the main floor. Having a washer and dryer available proved to be very beneficial. We would definitely stay here again.

stayed for Anime weekend Atlanta, had a blast, the house was very accurate with the pictures and the rooms were perfect, the location was very close to the Georgia world Congress Center and is a perfect walk too.

This place is perfect for any event at the Mercedes Benz Arena… we walked to and from with no problem. The house could use a little painting to spruce up some spots inside. Other than that, everything was great.

The house is very close to the Georgia World Congress convention center and the Mercedes Benz Stadium - within walking distance of both. There are a couple of decent breakfast/lunch places within walking distance as well. Our rideshare driver didn’t feel it is a very safe area and there was an extra security foot on the house but we never felt unsafe and there were no random people about - just a few neighbors out for a walk. It was quiet, spacious and comfortable. Perfect for 4 work colleagues attending a conference - we each had our own bedroom and the two women each had a private bathroom. The two men shared a bathroom that adjoined their two bedrooms. Definitely recommend if you are here for a visit to the stadium or convention center.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I felt welcome from the moment I booked. The location was perfect, close to all the local attractions and place where we needed to be and yet in a quiet neighborhood that made it easy to relax. The little personal touches, like the air mattress and the washer and dryer really made it stand out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! Thank you again.

Great home in great location in close proximity to everything in Atlanta. Home is renovated in an up and coming area just down the street from the new Mercedes Benz Stadium. Neighborhood is quiet, no issues. Our family cannot thank ‘MyPeacefulStay’ enough for accommodating us during such as challenging time. We evacuated from Tampa to Atlanta during Hurricane Milton and the host was more than accommodating. Would recommend this home and host anytime :)

Great place and exactly as described/shown in photos. Very clean, comfortable beds and great showers. Easy to get into and host was very communicative. Very close to convention center and Mercedes stadium. The neighborhood is in transition and doesn't feel very safe to walk at night alone but fine during the day.

Very nice long driveway for us to park our boat. Very close to the Texas City Dike.

Great house and great location! 5 min walk to the Mercedes Benz Stadium. House was a great size and was well equipped. Owners were great and super responsive. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Atlanta!

Really great place, as advertised. We were a group of people on a work trip, staying here as it is close to the Convention Center, just a few minutes walk. We loved the house, the big kitchen island area for coworking, easy in and out instructions. The bedrooms were very well fitted out, we appreciated the extra towels and hangars in each bedroom, and the coffees made available.

It was a nice place, one of the bedrooms was too warm it took a day until we got extra fans, dishes had to be washed again a few bugs but overall it was nice.
