Lovely home

Good place to stay, although you have to be aware that there’s only 4 private rooms. Access was quite nice, and the common spaces were really good.

This home was in a quiet neighborhood which was perfect for our work trip. Extra attention to detail would make the home feel more accommodating. Beds were extra firm which may not be pleasant for all guests. Kitchen had all the needed items—does need some extra cleaning when it comes to utensils and cups in the cabinets. Bathrooms could use a little more detailing but had soaps and shampoo. Home was just okay and had everything we needed for our stay. If you are looking to stay here for work, this is an okay spot.

The house not only was it clean but it was in a very quiet area. The host was awesome! Very responsive. I needed a pack and play and they went out and purchase one even though they didn’t have one at the location. When we arrived I noticed that my daughter was climbing up and down the stair so I asked if they had a baby gate available. There was none available but within 30 min the host dropped one off without me asking. I would definitely rent this house again for my family the next time we are in atl. It is close to downtown.. many attraction such as the aquarium and plenty of restaurant .

Great stay! Worth what we paid for. Our children really enjoyed the house. No issues whatsoever.

Nice property close to Georgia Tech. Family group stayed here for a graduation.

My family rented the property for a Thanksgiving extended week. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. The unit was fantastic for what we needed it for. Which there were a few more like kitchen items such as serving spoons , large bowls for kitchen etc… but overall that is just small. Stuff we had a great stay and would stay again.

The home has an excellent location and communication was great. Kitchen can use a few more things specially if you plan to bake food during your stay.

Great stay! we will likely stay again in the future. Couple of notes that would really make the place more comfortable. The chairs in the main living room are not that great. Would have preferred if they had arms. Adding another couch would make it much more comfortable. The breakfast table in the kitchen is very high and bulky. We never used it. There are counter height stools in the kitchen but the counter is bar height. We did not use those either. Also the beds are hard. Look into the Green Tea mattresses on Amazon. Those have good value.

Location is superb. There were a few things that would have made our stay better. Not enough supplies in the house for guest. Not enough towels in the house for a party of 8 for three nights (bring extra towels), no extra rolls of toilet paper for three bathrooms and no paper towels. I may be a little bias but no full mirror to view ourselves prior to leaving the house. Parking was a little funny due to not being told we had to share the parking pad in front of the garage.

This is a lovely home and property. It's in a convenient area very close to Atlantic Station. The house was super clean. Not a speck of dust or hair anywhere. The house has 4 bedrooms and then a landing at the top of the steps with a bunk bed and trundle bed underneath. I didn't try any of the other beds, but the King bed in the master was comfortable. I would say the mattress is firm and the pillows were soft. The others had no complaints about the beds, including the bunk. Something that I didn't see mentioned on the listing is there is also studio apartment above the garage that is rented as an Airbnb. We weren't aware of this and upon arrival we saw a car in the driveway. It made us initially hesitate to enter the house, until the property manager responded to my inquiry and let me know. The studio apartment has their own separate entrance at the back of the garage and they have a reserved spot on the driveway. There is plenty of street parking. The garage has one space and there is 1 space on the driveway if that is info you need. The door from the garage area is super easy to open. A little note on the front door key pad is to be patient. If you tap it for the numbers to come up and you don't wait and start tapping again, there may be only 3 numbers that light up. Touch it and wait a few seconds then all of the numbers light up. If you plan to cook the kitchen is stocked with the basics. Nice knive block with scissors. There wasn't a corkscrew. (Nor one in the apt because we knocked on the door to ask...Lol). You will need to bring more storage containers for leftovers, foil, seasonings, etc. I know since Covid things aren't being left for others to use like before so this isn't a ding against the property. It's just a reminder. 😁 There is kitchen nook with high top table and 4 chairs. Plenty of space available in the dining room with a large table that seats 6. Living area has 2 chairs and a sectional. We didn't spend any time in the yard but I saw chairs out there. The communication between the property manager was great. He answered my questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again and the other guests were pleased as well.

Great location great price. Booked an hour before check in due to another air bnb scamming us and they were accommodating. (Or they just weren’t booked) but either way lol. It was a nice place clean and big. Beds are hard to me but that was it.
