Stunning Home in Atlantic Station - Sleeps 12 !

Great location! In mid-town with an easy drive to downtown. Great restaurants nearby. It was perfect for a group attending a business conference. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, it was a nice house with a convenient location. However, there was a bit more activity outside the house (especially at night), which made it somewhat difficult to sleep. It’s right next to a very active fire station too. Also, it may be time to change out the furniture, beds, and pillows. Most of our guests left the house each day complaining of sore necks and backs. In addition, the can opener would not open any cans (it was broken), which led to a fiasco while trying to cook dinner for everyone. The downstairs bedroom was a converted office (not the primary BR) with no closet or real storage to put our clothes and luggage. The community bathroom for that same bedroom was just a pedastool sink, shower had no place to put shampoo, soap, etc, and the toilet paper roll was literally hanging off of the toilet, because it appears a previous guest ripped the actual one off of the wall. The walls of the house are in need of repainting, because there were stains everywhere.

This was the perfect home for our family for our son’s graduation weekend at Georgia Tech! Very spacious and beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed! The location was perfect—less than a mile from Georgia Tech and right beside Atlantic Station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Our host was responsive and the house was well stocked. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this property in late April, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. The temperature inside the house reached 81 degrees all 3 nights, and there was no air conditioning upstairs. Half of my family was forced to sleep in the living room for all three nights just to avoid overheating. To make matters worse, we were woken up at 1 AM by guests from the studio rental repeatedly ringing our doorbell trying to "check in." We followed and watched as this couple circled around the house and peeking through every window. This was terrifying, as we genuinely feared an attempted break-in. We are not locals, and being in the middle of downtown Atlanta, this felt like a serious threat to our safety and well-being. The host became unresponsive to my messages and showed no concern about what happened. I had to go through Airbnb directly to file a complaint and request for a refund. Overall, this property is poorly managed. I would rent with extreme caution.

Centrally located and walking distance to public transportation, High Museum of Art, Botanic Gardens, grocery stores & restaurants and shopping. We were in town for a family wedding and this house was perfectly positioned between the event hotel and wedding event space. There is tons of room for adults to spread out. Street parking was always available on this quiet street. It was also so close to the expressway so our many trips to the airport to pick up family members was an easy 15 min drive. We cooked in the kitchen and slept soundly at night.

The place was exactly as described. We were in town for a wedding and needed a place to hang out and sleep in between the events. The airbnb was spacious and clean, and the host was very responsive!

We had a nice time, staying with a group of 10. There was plenty of room for everyone, the place was clean and well-taken care of. We loved the downtown location that was walkable and within 10 minutes of just about everything in the city. Thanks for a lovely stay.

This house was beautiful and clean. It is a short distance from Mercedes Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena which were essential to our trip. The host is kind and quick to respond to questions or concerns. I would definitely book a stay at this house again.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Right outside of downtown in a beautiful neighborhood. 8 minute walk to the Atlantic Station where we ate and shopped. Extremely safe neighborhood and area. The home was very clean. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Great location in midtown Atlanta.

Beautiful home, not house located right in the heart of mid-town. We came up from Florida as a family for Christmas and didn’t know what to expect renting a house in the city. Far exceeding our expectations with plenty of space, beautiful hardwood floors, room for six of us and our dogs to be comfortable. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Atlanta.

Great trip to Atlanta for our group of 7 to enjoy the holidays. Modern and sizable house in a nice neighborhood near Ga Tech/ Microsoft and Atlantic Station. The proximity to I75 and midtown were a plus although it was very quiet. Walkable neighborhood. House has everything and is just as it appears in the ad. Lots of street parking as well as off-street spot. High marks. Super responsive host. We will be back.

I absolutely loved this house! It was exactly as described and pictured! It was clean, cozy and accommodated all 11 of us. The check in and check out process was really easy. Everything was extremely clear so much so that I didn’t have to reach out to them for anything. It is really spacious. We didn’t cook but there is pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils available. The water for showers were nice and hot and the pressure in the showers were perfect. I would definitely book again!

This house was perfect for our stay for our son’s wedding. The host was very responsive and check in was very easy with clearly communicated instructions. One of the “bedrooms” is actually just a space on top of steps. The bottom bunk on that space is very noisy when moving while sleeping. There was a dirty towel hanging on the shower curtain rod in a bathroom when we arrived and some food on the floor, but overall it was very clean. The upstairs AC was not working and the host was very responsive to remedy that. The location is interesting because there are nice houses right next to it but also large office buildings. We felt safe there. Our friends in Atlanta advised us that this is a good area of the city to stay. I would definitely recommend this house if you are traveling to Midtown Atlanta with a big crowd.

Place was very clean, quiet. Family was comfortable. Not a lot of natural lighting. Place seemed a little dark. Can lights in kitchen did not work. A couple of the kitchen chairs had some wobble to them. Overall experience was good.

We had a great stay. The house was spacious and exactly as described. It was very convenient to where we needed to be in Midtown without needing to get on the interstate.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning house in the heart of Atlanta, and we can't recommend it highly enough! The location is absolutely perfect, just minutes away from Centennial Park, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the attractions and activities the city has to offer.

Extremely well located Airbnb. We were there for a weekend of sports, NCAA, NFL and MLB. Everything is a 15 minutes Uber ride including the airport. The place is nice, plenty of space, calm, and no immediate neighbours. There are groceries at 10 mins from there. Again, perfect location. Thank you so much.

Everything was just like the pictures. This home was impeccably clean and the neighborhood felt very safe. Very close to downtown but it was nice and quiet. The only thing is parking instructions. If you have several cars there is only one designated space at the home which was clearly labeled. But for other cars it’s street parking which was fine but it was unclear on where to park, not being from the area we were worried about getting towed but that was not an issue for our one night stay.

This was a wonderful home base for our trip to Atlanta! As a family of four, hotels are too small, this house was awesome! We didn't use all the beds but it still didn't feel too big. The location was great - very close to everything but not too close, very private and in a nice quiet residential area - but very close to a few corporations (two blocks to Microsoft, it looked like) and restaurants. There were a few places within walking distance, but walking ten minutes in summer heat can sometimes be too much, depending. We walked to Sugar Shane's for awesome cookies one night... but we drove to the Silver Skillet, which was also awesome - for breakfast another day. Centrally located but didn't seem to be in an area that was near any sort of trouble in any direction, that I could tell. Private driveway parking! Has everything you need but is clearly a rental - many empty cabinets. Still wonderful! 2 bedrooms and master bath on the main level if you have issues with stairs.

Beautiful house. We were in town for a business trip. Decided to skip the hotel and try an airbnb instead. Great decision! Clean, spacious and updated.

My team travels down to ATL to hose a festival at Atlantic Station and we share an airbnb for the week. This spot was clean, had ample rooms/beds, comfortable living room furniture and plenty of bathrooms for us! It’s also walking distance to Atlantic Station, so it was perfect.

The home is just as pictured. Spacious. There was 8 of us and we all had room to spread out and be comfortable. The location is in the middle of everything and minutes away from a variety of restaurants in Atlantic Station. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay within walking distance of several restaurants. Also close to highway for easy driving. The house was well kept and matched the description. Definitely booking again for my next Atlanta trip!

My friends were impressed by the accommodations and perfect location to all things Atlanta. Best of all, the beds sleep just like a hotel! Great spot and great house.

My family and I were there to celebrate our son's graduation from Georgia Tech. This house is in the perfect location to campus, and the house was exactly as described. It was very spacious and roomy, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Our hostess was very responsive, and if our travels bring us back to Atlanta, we will definitely stay here again.

Very nice home! Perfect location to get to everything

Very beautiful home in nice area. We had eight guests and had plenty of room. There were a few things to note though - the second bedroom downstairs only had an armoire with nowhere to hang clothes. Throughout the house there were very few hangers. the kitchen was very pretty, but poorly appointed. We booked for eight (house holds up to 12) but there were only four coffee cups and six glasses. Otherwise, most basic essentials were provided.
