Quiet Country Farmhouse

It really is a cute little farmhouse, and the location was perfect for us. We were able to visit our family that lived nearby without having to fight a lot of traffic. We had trouble with the wi-fi connecting when we first arrived. The username and password that we were given didn't work. I messaged the owner and received a phone call back and we were able to figure out what was going on. For some reason, the wi-fi reverted back to the original username and password. We were not able to get one of the tv's working in one of the bedrooms. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. I would stay at this location again if I was back in the area.

Great location while we had to leave our home for an insurance claim. We were here for an extended time and felt very safe. The homeowner was very responsive with requests. The house was clean and the neighbors are great.

We are remodeling our home, and this place was conveniently located nearby. It offered a fantastic, private setting. Our two kids had a great time—it was safe, secure, and private. I highly recommend this place, especially because the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I give this place 10 stars!

First time in the area, visiting relatives for Thanksgiving. This house was a great choice for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids), very comfortable and clean, no complaints. I'm glad the owner provided a map, which was very helpful once getting there, since Google Maps will take you to the wrong access. Highly recommend this place.

Really nice place to stay and the hosts were very responsive. Only thing to be aware are directions to the place can be little tricky for the first time as GPS takes to you to adjacent neighborhood. Will definitely recommend to others and would love to stay again in future.

Four senior golfers stayed at the house to play in a nearby tournament. The house was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was very adequate for making our meals. The equestrian setting was very peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place

We loved our stay in your home. It was quiet and the neighbors were friendly but not intrusive. We loved the shade from the trees in the front yard. Kitchen had very basic utensils and dish ware, but that’s all we needed. The house cooled nicely and there were ceiling fans in all the man rooms. We would definitely barely stay here again.

Cozy and clean. Google has a bit of a problem finding the place.

Private tucked away house very close to restaurants, bars, parks, hiking trails, oh... and shopping! What a wonderful place to spend a weekend or longer with family and friends. Dog friendly, we walked our dogs peacefully in the countryside seeing squirrels and horses. Then caught some great lunch before sightseeing and shopping. Definitely recommend staying in this house!

Great stay. Peaceful location. Reaching there using maps is bit confusing when you load 530 kemp road. Instead use 540 kemp road it will take you to right place

Always a great place to stay.

Stayed here during a home renovation so it was mostly a convenient location. Plenty of room and beds and a big kitchen if you have a lot of people staying.

I came with my dog, and my two sons ended up staying with me for part of my stay. Amazing secret spot next to horse farms in Suwanee. Loved it. Thank you, Miriam!

Good place to stay with plenty of room. We were a relatively long term stay and enjoyed the abundant space. Overall, very pleased with our stay and do recommend staying there.

Great peaceful place for get away

We rented here to catch up with family and friends over Christmas. It was quiet, secluded, we loved seeing the horses and all the deer. There were a few minor things, but the host was always quick to respond and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here for 11 nights while our house was being renovated, and it was great. We had plenty of space to move around, and a comfy bed and no bathroom sharing. The horses at the neighboring farm are beautiful to watch out the window. The kitchen is big enough to really cook in, but they don’t have more than just basic kitchen tools in there unfortunately. It didn’t bother us though since we could just go get whatever we needed from our house. We had a tiny issue with the freezer while we were there, but the hosts responded quickly and got it sorted out. I would definitely stay here again, and I will also consider this place when we have family visiting from out of town. It’s really great.

This property is very nice and peaceful However, it should make it clearer the loft is the 3rd bedroom

This is not a 3 bedroom property. This is a 2 bedroom property with a loft that is ONLY accessible by a ladder, not stairs. That is not listed anywhere in the description or pictures. There are 2 beds located in the loft, 1 in each of the 2 bedrooms, and the bunkbed is located in a small sitting area with no privacy. When we arrived, the whole house WREAKED of marijuana. I notified the host, and they just said "some guest dont follow rules". There were also flies, gnats, and moths all over the house. The water pressure was extremely low and only one person could shower before the hot water ran out. I received no welcome information or directions from the host and had to contact them to get in. The address does not show up on Google maps and is a little difficult to find. It was secluded with a lot of wild life which was nice. We also rented a second home from this property owner. One shower leaked through the ceiling into the kitchen, and when i notified them, they said it was hard to get a plumber out. So we had to place a trashcab to catch water all weekend. The second shower would only produce cold water as well.

Great secluded place but minutes to access all essential items. This place is a hidden gem . It is surrounded by greeneries and we could spot bunch of deers roaming in front of the house ! The house is very spacious and easily accommodate 13 guests . The rooms and bathrooms were Pristine clean. The highlight was the upper attic place the kids really had fun . Would love to come back here . When we had some issues to locate the place, the host were kind enough to guide us through the phone and video call. We had a wonderful time
