The place was everything. Get ready for a little exercise because the stairs are no joke. Outside of that the place is gorgeous. We sat on the balcony many nights and just talked.

Wow! So close to Atlantic station and the highway. AND! Close to all the restaurants, great neighborhood. House was perfect for our needs - lots of space. Top balcony was super cool.

This was a great location that was close to the city. It is close to a Fire Station so occasionally did hear the fire truck. 10 min walk to grocery store and if you use a lot of ice pick up a bag because ice machine is slow. Only think I wish they would have had would be a mop as floors were a little dirty but in main area which would have been easy to clean. Overall I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay! The spaciousness, cleanliness, car garage, and convenient proximity to the best restaurants and activities in Midtown made it felt right at home. Thank you for the great experience! Highly recommend for big parties.

Super comfortable accommodations and very spacious for hosting a large group.

We were a family of eight. Big, comfortable, well-appointed house in a convenient location. big garage was good for our two rental cars.

Gorgeous roomy old home which was the perfect place to wind down after busy days visiting the sites. Positive: The house was wonderful. Good location and large enough to accommodate 2 tween boys and 4 adults easily. The master bedroom is incredible with the fireplace, balcony, large bathroom and closet. Negative: It has many stairs, which added to its uniqueness, but could be a challenge for older guests. The lower bedroom avoids most of the stairs, but only has a half bath. The bedroom we occupied only had a small night stand, so there was no place to store folded clothes,except for the shelf in the closet. We improvised by using a suitcase as a table to charge our electronics. There is a firehouse on the corner which was very active during our visit.

Overall, our stay at the home was good and the hosts communicated well. The only downside that we had with the property was that there were ambulances or fire trucks going on all night… the fire station is like 100ft away. But other than that it’s a good home and close to a lot of things.

Big, beautiful house. Great WiFi. Parking in the garage is nice, but didn’t have a garage opener. View of the city is nice, but lots of road noise from the highway across the street. Also had a fire station right next door, which had loud sirens 10 times a day. Main Fridge didn’t work, and had a loud custom ice maker, and a second much smaller fridge in dining room that did work. Also lots of missing fixtures in the bathrooms. Overall a comfortable place for a large group, but definitely a bunch of deferred maintenance.

We were in town for one night for a family event at a nearby restaurant and the host was super helpful to us. The place is great for a large family and there was a lot of space to sleep for adults and kiddos. The location is close to everything, which makes it a great rental. Thank you to the hosts for being so kind, generous and flexible.

Great house and location for a bigger group! They should have provided more essentials like trash bags and paper towels. Also the main fridge and freezer was broken, but they had a backup in the kitchen. This was never mentioned in the listing or checkin, but we made it work. Overall- I would stay there again.

This home is beautiful! Our group of 10 stayed for Thanksgiving and we all had plenty of space. The neighborhood was very nice, and very close to everything. Absolutely would stay here again.

This is my second stay at this location and just like the first visit, everything was great. Great location, peacful surroundings and very spacious. I will look for this spot for my next Atlanta visit.

The only thing that prevents a 5* review was that some basic kitchen necessities/supplies seemed to be missing (dish drying rack, cheese grater, scissors ... things like that). Also, coffee filters provided were not the right type for the coffee make. Although they are minor nits, it's just something to point out. I would DEFINITELY return again should the need arise. It slept 7 of us comfortably, and was handy (walking distance) to everything that we needed.

Great location, definitely worth the money.

Overall it was a great stay! Host was nice & quick to respond. We weren’t able to get an hour early check-in to drop bags, but that’s a plus not a necessity of course. The island countertop is cracked down the middle so be careful when using that, but not that big of a deal. Beds were comfy, A/C worked great… there were a few crumbs in places upon our arrival, but otherwise it was clean. No bad smells and felt really safe. I’d stay here again!

Group of 11 guys - it was great! More than enough space for all of us and the kitchen had everything we needed. Big beds, nice bathrooms, and plenty of food options nearby. Extremely responsive and fast host, there was a minor issue and it was fixed within an hour of checking in. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this modern, clean, and spacious Airbnb in Atlanta with a group of seven adults, including myself. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. The living room and kitchen area boast an open floor plan that comfortably accommodated our entire group. We spent our days watching soccer games together, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location couldn't have been better. The house is centrally located within walking distance to Atlantic Station, making it easy to grab groceries, dine at various restaurants, and enjoy some shopping. Additionally, the Mercedes Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena were just a short and affordable Uber ride away, perfect for catching live soccer games and other events. I had absolutely no issues during my stay and didn't need to communicate with the host at all, which speaks volumes about the quality and readiness of the property. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone

Had a great experience. Spacious and clean home with plenty to do and eat in the area. Garage could hold two cars which helps for travel.

We were so thankful to be able to book same day being that we were in town for a family emergency. Other host needed 24 hours prior to booking. Not only was the host prompt but it truly felt like a home away from. We would definitely book this beautiful house again.

Yhe House is good in a great location in midtown Atl and you have a lot of things to do near by.

This home was more than I even expected. Extremely clean, quiet & safe, plus tons of walkable amenities like groceries, restaurants & even entertainment like theatre and museums. Check in & check out was a breeze, I would absolutely stay here again for future visits to Atlanta. Lovely home & great communication from hosts. I visited Atlanta for work with four other employees, everything went well from the time we checked in until the time we left. Very nice house and very nice view of the city from the house. I would definitely stay here again.

This location is great if you are doing activities in Mid-town Atlanta and GA Tech. For our purposes it was a great location. The house was clean and functional. We would book again. Also the view from the porches were surreal. We had family meals and the space was plenty big. I liked the way the kitchen was broken into three work zones. The house can fit 4 couples and 3 single youths. A single adult would need to be assigned an adult bed the single youth bed might not work for a grandparent. We had an excellent stay.

Beautiful home. Bathrooms are upstairs. Everything you need is here. In the middle of busy Atlanta area. Big enough to accommodate a large group, laundry included!

This was a beautiful place to stay in Atlanta, centrally located to everything the city has to offer. We were in town for a wedding and felt more than comfortable staying at such a beautiful home. Would love to stay again!

The house was spacious and modern and very clean for our family of 9 and small dog. However, the granite countertop, ice maker, clothes washer, and dishwasher were broken. Back door and windows had broken locks. Carpet was torn and the holes in walls and ceiling were poorly repaired. There were no baking pans and only two water glasses. Moldings and baseboards were scuffed and broken. Outdoor cushions were moldy. Sofa arm rests were detached. Parking was difficult. The neighbors’ car was towed while we were there. There was no automatic garage door opener. We’ve stayed in several other homes and this house was inferior due to hard wear and large parties in the recent past.

Great location, lots of room for the entire family - would recommend.
