Gorgeous 5-bedroom home in Midtown- sleeps 15

Great location for our trip. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of beds for everyone. We weren’t at the place much but we enjoyed it and it suited our stay perfectly.

This house is in dire need of repair and updating and the photos are misleading. It does not mention that some of the rooms are located in a dark, musty, basement. The paint is peeling, the toilet was broken and coming off the floor in one of the bathrooms. The towels were paper thin and worn out to almost see through. The outdoor furniture and fire pit was covered in dirt and leaves and looked like it had not been cleaned or used in a year. The photos gave the illusion of an updated, open modern looking space but we walked into a living room with rusted chairs uncomfortable beds and a house in overall need of repair. You should also note we were traveling with 3 elderly family members who had a hard time climbing the broken stairs with no railing between the units. That inaccesibility should be noted in the description. When I book a home away from home I expect comparable if not better accomodations than my home. This is absolutely not a vacation home.

Was a great big family place! We were in town for a wedding! Also it was a good central location. About 20 minutes from everything

Some upgrades are needed but overall nice place to stay. Truly accommodated 15 people. Both kitchen appliances were upgraded. The steps going down to Unit B are very steep and cracking. The back of the house is also very muddy, it rained most of our stay so a concrete slab would have been helpful.

This was great for my group of 4. 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs. Roomy enough to feel like we had our own space and privacy while still being in the same house. Was as pictured! Great location! Responsive and great host! Will most definitely book again next time in Atlanta.

Easy to find, accurate to description and overall a pleasant stay. The sofa bed in the living room was incredibly uncomfortable though. We had a large group and the people that had to sleep on that pull out bed had a terrible night's sleep. I would strongly recommend for the host to get a better mattress or buy a better couch with a pullout bed to put in that living room.

Very accommodating place for large group. However, the basement did need a fresher smell (bit musky), beds were not very comfortable. Very firm to sleep on. The bathrooms were recently remodeled and nice. The host was very responsive and flexible.

We had to book the reservation last minute, and we were not disappointed! The home is large and beautiful, with private bedrooms for all your family members and accommodations to make sure everyone feels at home. We’ll be booking again whenever we’re in the area!

My lab stayed at this place for a conference, and it had everything we needed - beds, AC, and some nice common space. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the house or right in the surrounding area, but it was clean, a good price, and conveniently located. The hosts were very responsive to questions and concerns.

Awesome location! Very localized to the downtown area and plenty of beds to go around. They had some maintenance scheduled and the owner was sure to let me know in advance what a good time would be. Convenience store two houses down from the spot. All in all, great experience! Thanks AR!

We stayed at both units, and the place was great except for the lower unit's shower. It was leaking since the day we arrived, and the shower head had problems because it would lose pressure all of a sudden.

we loved the outdoor fire pit. there is a gas station within walking distance and a Publix and target half a mile away. the coffee pot is the weirdest coffee ever but makes coffee. and the stove has a weird feature that won't allow it to work when you have a time limit to make dinner before a show. overall we loved it and will rent from again.

Our company stayed here while in town for a trade show. The location was perfect, very close to the GWCC and places to eat. We did cook and grocery shopping was challenging. Nearby grocery store did not have good parking, but we are in downtown ATL so that is to be expected. We did not realize that we were renting 2 separate units and the only way to go from one to the other was going outside. This made things a little more challenging but it was fine. We had a few issues, but the host was quick to respond. The hot/cold water on the shower were reversed, but once we figured that out, we were good. Plenty of parking at airbnb which was a bonus for an ATL location. I was not sure by looking at front of the house that it would be big enough for our group it was plenty spacious.

My family of 13 had to book a last minute stay and the folks at this airbnb responded quickly. We just needed a place for one night and it was perfect - hot shower, clean beds, AC, and plenty of space for all of us. It wasn't clear to me at first that it was two separate units that we were booking, but maybe I missed that in the description. Not quite enough space for all 13 people to hang together, but that was fine. And since we were in the thick of summer, there were a ton of mosquitoes and other bugs right outside of the unit so we had to be mindful about being quick transitioning from the car to the apartment. Overall would recommend.

Great location near intown spots and a fantastic space for a large party. Osman was very accommodating and was very quick to respond. Overall, a positive experience and would book again.

The house was wonderful clean and a nice intimate space. And it worked out wonderful with the two different spaces because I had two families that were able to stay without being in anyones way.

Proximity to major sights is very close, about 15-20 mins from the airport as well. Clean home, comfy beds, and a/c runs well. Lots of parking. Only downside was there wasn’t much comfortable seating in the living room for everyone to sit around, just one couch upstairs and one downstairs.

This house is the best!

Great customer service, Check in and out was very easy. Great location, house is literally 10-15 minutes away from all major sites: Coco cola, CNN, Zoo, Aquarium, Lenox Mall. etc... Comfortable for large family. I would highly recommend it.
