The house is in a good location. Close to the city and where I needed it to be. It was smaller than I thought. Many doors in and out to worry about but it was also good to have them. Not the most accessible place for people with physical limitations. But again did what we needed. I think it is a good location and if your family needs to be close to Tech, midtown or downtown this location could work. If you are spending most of your time outside of the home than this could be perfect. There is a private driveway and street parking available. In that case it was easy. There is also a nice porch to sit on.
Pretty great overall; I wasn’t clear on the separation between the units but just make sure you note that going into the stay. Thanks!
Location was perfect, walking distance to Atlantic Station. Has two units so it’s perfect for big families or friends. Host is very responsive.
Great place for a large group.
great place with plenty of room
The host was very attentive and accommodating. We were a large group, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location was excellent, close to Georgia Tech, which was perfect for our G Tech Family Weekend. Overall, it was a good house.
Enjoyed our stay.
We had a great time. There was ample enough space for our entire group, loved how the house was split into two so we was able to divide up. Nice neighborhood close to everything.
Enjoyed our stay! Location was great. There were lots of restaurants and business within walking distance. Host was responsive.
This place was lovely, slept 8 people happily and comfortably. Two separate units in the house, upstairs and downstairs with an outdoor stairwell. There are some nice places you can walk to nearby and a gas station right next to the house for convenience. The neighborhood itself was quiet and really made our downtime around the convention very relaxing.
Very well located. You can walk everywhere. The host is responsive. I recommend it.
Overall our stay was good but there were a few things that I feel the description and pictures don’t address. The inside of the house was very clean! The neighborhood felt safe. The host was responsive. There was plenty of parking in the back and the rooms overall were fine. The first impression upon seeing the house wasn’t the best. The exterior looked worn down and dirty. The front yard is just dirt and the patio furniture was not very inviting. The upstairs inside looks good except the living room is much smaller than pictured. The upstairs fridge needs to be replaced because the door doesn’t close unless you push it very hard. They have signs telling you that but it just need to be replaced because it was very hard to close. The downstairs bedrooms were pretty bare. There were no dressers or luggage holders for us to organize our belongings. We had planned to use the sofa bed and futon but they were in poor shape so I would not suggest counting those as suitable beds.
Great location, very easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. Host was communicative and instructions were simple. Thank you!
Lots of space in the home, convenient to activities, very accommodating.
Hidden gem that is clean, has ample parking and centrally located to the many attractions within Atlanta!
It is a good place for a lot of people. There is a lot to do around the airbnb.
Enjoyed the stay, great for bigger families
Good experience!
A very nice, affordable location for a large group. Having two separate units was handy and kept my parents from having to walk up/down the stairs. Centrally located in Atlanta.
Perfect place to stay with a larger group. We were supposed to have eight, but ended up with six for a guys weekend in the city, and all had a place to sleep. As others have noted, it’s two separate units, one on street level and one downstairs. The stairs are a little special- steep and maybe a little sketch, but not too crazy. When you pull up out front the property doesn’t necessarily look like much, but it’s clean and nice on the inside, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Couldn’t ask for more at the price point. Would absolutely stay here again. Definitely recommend hitting the Silver Skillet for breakfast. Who knows who you might run into in there?
Lot better than expected. Right in midtown next to everything you need for a weekend stay
Such a great place to stay in Atlanta. The host is wonderful and very accommodating as well. Highly recommend staying here.
This location is walkable to many restaurants, stores, and conveniently located next door to a gas station where we visited frequently for drinks and snacks. The home has private parking located in the back and it’s very spacious- we had 4 couples all together and 1 toddler- we had both living quarters and really liked the separate upstairs and downstairs. The neighborhood was very safe and calm and quiet- there were parks for our toddler that we walked to daily. The downstairs bedrooms were very big- having access to a washer/dryer and full kitchen also a plus!
Place was nice and location was safe, very close to Georgia tech campus and Atlantic station.
The inside of the home was even better than it looked online. We needed a place to stay that was close to Georgia Tech and fit quite a few people, so this was a perfect spot! The host communicated really well and everything was ready when we came.
great location peaceful
Loved it
The perfect stay for what we needed. Was close to a lot of fun things and restaurants.
the place was great. I loved having the two separate units. place was clean and right next to a gas station which was very convenient
We went to Atlanta for a Congress with some customers and the place was excellent. All of us really enjoyed it.
The place was alright. It was cleaned, there was just hair what looked like from shaving in the bathroom and the bedding in the king bed downstairs had a faint scent of weed. There was a condom in its wrapper unopened on top of the refrigerator downstairs - however, I could’ve totally seen someone leaving that as a prank… as well as I am 6’3 and probably wouldn’t have noticed it up there if I were any shorter. The refrigerator door upstairs doesn’t shut all the way without force. The front door to the upstairs unit looked like it had been busted in and the handle was extremely loose, though it did lock. Overall it just seemed to be a worn down house. However, the review I gave was simply because we only really were in it to sleep as we were attending a conference. I don’t know that I’d recommend for an extended stay. All in all, the host was very nice and reactive and fixed the door completely upon request and removed the condom. They were very receptive to any reports we had. 👍
Great location -- convenient to central Atlanta and easy access to I75 and I85. Clean and simple, nothing fancy but it was a good house in a quiet neighborhood.
Overall wasn’t terrible but had a very noticeable weed smell and roaches in the kitchen!
great stay for 5+ people - would definitely come back again!
The home was clean, plenty of towels and the beds were super comfortable! The home is made like two separate apartments which was interesting and actually worked out for our family. The hosts were responsive and the area was neighborly.
great comfortable house near downtown, amazing
This place was okay located to restaurant walking distance. The down stairs unit was nice and clean We had two units one upstairs one downstairs. Unfortunately one of the units the upstairs one had cockroaches and more than just a few the TV also didn’t have a remote the one that they had was not the correct one did not work. We asked for one multiple times and did not get one. Besides that it was a decent stay we travel for work so will keep it on my list I wouldn’t be opposed to trying it again
The house was in a good location, convenient to dining and shopping. We walked to Atlantic Station. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The furniture in living areas are basic and small. It was good to have a kitchen but had limited dishes and cookware. The house met our needs but was very basic. The owners are very responsive if you need them. Our family attended a wedding in midtown and the location was good. We were glad to have space in back for a large van to park. However, the yard is plain and the concrete steps to go up on outside are steep. Good stay for a few nights.
Place was great! We used both units and the space was good, beds were comfy and everyone had their own. Nearby spots for food were walkable and good too!
great place….walking distance to a lot of restaurants close by.
Overall a very dirty unit ie socks and food in fold out sofa bed, mattresses gross, comforters have noticeable staining and trash near bottom of bed that wasn't ours. Fridge handle significantly broken and if you don't push hard it doesn't close. Checked in late no lights left on to see anything. No instructions on parking, which was confusing checking in so late. Downstairs smells AWFUL, and the dryer doesn't work. No rugs at back door when outside is so wet makes it very messy. House had pieces broken and nails sticking up between bathroom and bedrooms. Didn't seem to have enough cutlery and no cookie sheets to make anything. I also requested a pack n play to be on property when we checked in and it wasn't brought over till i messaged the next morning. Overall just not happy with our stay or experience.
Had 9 people and we all enjoyed having space to spread out and enjoy our stay. Very clean and felt welcoming.
Hosts very welcoming and responsive. Home is in a great location convenient to any activities in Midtown Atlanta. We had large family group coming from various other locations to do Zoo, Aquarium, World of Coke, etc. and location was perfect. Using both units allowed us to have plenty of room for everyone. There are some maintenance/amenity issues that did not necessarily require a response but made the stay less than ideal. The lower level area does have a very musty smell. Owners are addressing with air purifier but it is very noticeable. We cook a lot when we use AirBnBs and the stovetop is very quirky. Also, no cookie sheet style cookery which we needed. We also felt we needed more/better cutlery - it’s very small pieces and wasn’t ideal for our group. Dining space very limited with a round table - tough for larger groups to eat together. Refrigerator door/handle in upper area has been damaged and have to be very deliberate to close. Again, none of these issues were deal breakers
will stay again
Awesome place, very clean, and the A/C works GREAT! Good area and near a lot of restaurants.
If you are wanting to explore Atlanta this house is in the perfect spot. Has lots of dedicated parking for the Airbnb and so close to everything! This place also has so many beds you can do a great family vacation. Or if you and a bunch of friends are in town this is a great place. Lots of space inside and out. Beds are comfortable and there is a washer and dryer in each unit and a full kitchen. I was most happy about the fact that we did not have to park on the street and there was so much room. There does need to be some adjustments made to the directions on locking the doors and a few small maintenance things. Other than that great stay.
Exactly what we were looking for!
The perfect house for a large group. very convenient location to downtown. Having the two separate units was awesome. Plenty of parking. And located next to a gas station for quick fill up before getting on the road.
My family and I were very thankful and appreciated the hospitality. The location was close to everything. However, the basement unit is not for people with allergies and severe respiratory issues. I was very thankful for the owners' concerns and fast they tried to remedy it with the air purifier. If you can'ttolerate moldy moisture in the air stay in the upstairs unit only.
Great spot! Great for large groups.
