Had a great stay here! The hosts are super responsive and the area is amazing! Definitely would stay here again!

Great stay.

The size of the house, the loft area, bedrooms, linens, and outside were all great. The host quickly responded, as the upstairs did not have heat. There were other minor issues, but nothing that I haven't spoken to the host about.

We stayed for a corporate event, the house was perfect for our group, well stocked and in a great location.

Plenty of room, lots of beds and nicely decorated. The kitchen had enough dishes for us and tons of space for cooking and eating. One downside is that the bathroom sinks either didn't have hot water or took forever to warm up. The showers worked perfectly fine!

It should not be listed as a luxury stay. Finishes are poor, place needs general maintenance overall it looks like it is being worked on or someone previously has loved in it and has not taken good care of it. There are several imperfections like wires coming from the walls, random marking on the ceiling, bad caulking jobs, bad tile job, chipped counters, medicine cabinet that couldn’t stay closed, etc. The mattresses are terrible, box springs are uncovered and had yellow blotches, blankets and pillows are paper thin, they even diluted the already cheap softsoap soap with water. The place was also really dirty, you can see dust collected on the lamps and there were globs of sticky stains on the floor. I’m unsure if the cleaner missed all this but it was in rough shape when we came in.

The place was mostly clean. The floor was dirty but it was filled with cleaning products, and everyday use things. Loved my stay

Baths and kitchen not very well maintained.

The location of the house was incredible, extremely close to many places we wanted to visit. Many restaurants nearby it was a calm neighborhood. The room distribution was a little off for us because two rooms connected, We Ended up “sharing” a space with my in-laws because if they wanted to go to the kitchen they would have to cross through my room, but it really wasn’t a big issue. The Overall house looked clean, we found a tiny dead roach in the up-Stairs bathroom & a live one in one of the rooms, in guessing its because of the air vents on the floor. On of the downstairs toilets was running water and we had to put a towel constantly. The tub did not work, and when I turned on the Shower head the water was brown, im guessing it had been a while since anyone used it. We had to clean the tub. Kitchen was nicely equipped, Washer & dryer worked nicely. very Easy Check in. Other than minor details we enjoyed the stay.

Stayed here with a group of friends celebrating a GA Tech graduation and thoroughly enjoyed the space! Convenient, great parking, everyone had their own bathroom, and space to hang out! Would definitely stay again.

cozy and close to attractions

Would definitely recommend this gem if you are looking for a spacious home within walking distance to dining, entertainment and shopping. It was the perfect place for my big group. We liked that there was essentially a bathroom for every bedroom and that the beds were large and comfy. Despite there being only 2 tvs in the home, we made it work. The upstairs game room was tight for the full group but fun nonetheless. A few watch items: Be careful of the leaves on the outside steps- can be slippery. Also, the toilet in room with 2 beds runs all the time. No problem for us because we drowned it out with laughter. Also be mindful of the sheer curtains on the front of the house. A great value and location for the price. The host was amazing! Would definitely repeat stay here.

This house is perfect for large group!! We were are able to have an actual bed and all be able to congregate in one area. Plenty of bathrooms as well!! Like wow!! Location was phenomenal!!!! This was probably the best part as we really saved on Ubers. Lots and lots of parking which was awesome since we all drove separately!

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. Great location! Really neat house and neighborhood. Should we visit the area again, this is a wonderful option.

The owner was very helpful at check in and when our reservation was cancelled inadvertently they worked quickly to fix it. The house is in a great location.

Great place!!

Great location! 2 miles from downtown and 1/2 mile to great shopping and dining at Atlantic Station. Each bedroom having its own bathroom makes this a nice home for extended family get always. Bathrooms are tiny but serve their purpose. Home is well decorated however it is clear little detail was applied to finishing touches (paint and flooring sloppily done). Overall I would highly recommend this property and encourage you to stay here.

Great property and even better location. We had around nine guest that stayed for a few days, they all loved the set up of the house. Be aware that if you decide rent the property that there is no bath tub for those who have young children and there is no grill on property(the description says there’s a grill). There’s two TVs in the Airbnb so if you’re looking to congregate with everyone and enjoy a movie or game there really isn’t a place to seat a large group of people to do so. The property is clean, if your pick and or someone that really looks at how clean it is you may be bothered. Outside of the little things this property is very cost efficient for a nice vacation where you aren’t going to spend a lot of time at the Airbnb. We certainly enjoyed our stay and I’m sure others will as well.

Perfect location.

Our stay was great. We had 10 people and were able to fit comfortably. We had plenty in the kitchen to cook for a couple days. We were about 14 minutes from the airport and everywhere else we wanted to go and see. Maybe 3 blocks away are some nice restaurants. The block is fairly quiet and neighbors were nice. Would very much recommend for a larger group of 9-10.

Great location! Very easy walk to and from downtown. Julio and the team were great on communication and made this an excellent stay! We will be returning and we highly recommend!
