Mypeacefulstay has given us a phenomenal experience and lovely home to stay in that fit everyone inside! They were responsive, easy to talk to, and quickly helpful when it comes to fixing anything we could have run into. We’ll never forget the memories we held here due to the time we had and the great house that we shared here. We genuinely really appreciate their hospitality and assistance and would recommend them 10 times out of 10 to anyone with a big group!

I stayed here with my family for my son’s graduation from college. The main convenience was that each bedroom had its own bathroom. It felt more private not having to share or wait for showers. Be aware that two of the rooms are connected. While I would not label this a “luxury” stay nor try to fit 14 people (that’s counting 2 a bed) the location is convenient and the extra bathrooms are definitely a plus and made it worthwhile.

The place is good, close to the midtown and to GTech university. However, I do not understand why they charge a cleaning and service fee if the host ask to do the cleaning (throw out the trash). It is not fair to pay highly amounts of these fees (around 30% of the total cost).

House was clean and had everything we needed!

We were in town for a wedding and needed enough space for our extended family. This was a property which was presented as an alternative after our original choice had issues. The owners were prompt in presenting an option which met our needs. This is an older neighborhood and home but very convenient, quiet, clean and comfortable for everyone. We would definetly choose to stay again if in the area.

Great place to stay for a large group of people traveling out of town. Beds were all clean and comfortable. The four bathrooms make the stay much more beneficial for all guests so that you're not having to share a bathroom with too many people. We did end up running low on toilet paper but the host was very responsive and stopped by to give us much more! The check in process was smooth, the neighborhood felt safe, and the house was easy to find. Kitchen was stocked with mostly everything we needed in terms of kitchenware, for our group that cooked meals at home for 3 days. Being near the Arts Center Marta train stop helped our guests travel from the airport being a 12 minute walk.

We booked for corporate meetings vs hotels in the area. It worked perfectly for my team!

Good location to be near downtown, nice space for a lot of people. The upstairs is where the air hockey table and sitting area are located outside the 4th bedroom. 2 bedrooms are connected but there is an outside exit from one so our family chose to use that and come around to not disturb the others. It’s an old home so light switches were in random places, it was clean but not sparkling mostly due to the age of home. It’s college housing. Overall good experience for family time and church conference.

Great location. Next to GA Tech, minutes from Centennial Park, stadiums and GWCC. Friendly and responsive hosts. Would definitely stay again.

Our experience at this house was wonderful. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Atlanta, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being in a central area, the house is incredibly quiet at night, allowing us to rest peacefully. One of the best parts was being able to bring our pets, which made the trip even more special for our family. The space is spacious, comfortable, and was spotless when we arrived. Everything was well-equipped, from the kitchen to the bedrooms. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and a pet-friendly experience in Atlanta. We would love to come back!

The house easily accomodated our large group. We were able to fit 5 cars in the driveway which was super helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we needed. The host was responsive when we had questions.

My friends and I were visiting and we were 9 guys in total, we dont consider ourselves high maintenance but expect a certain standard. The pros: The location of the airbnb was great, close to midtown and it was a good fit for all of us. The airbnb was clean and had good amenities. The cons: However, for full transparency, this is also a suggestion to the owners, it can use some work as it is an older home and it needs a bit of a cosmetic overhaul, it had stained walls, chipped paint, scratches on cupboards, a broken closet door, a mirror drawer that unlatched and almost broke, staircase railing going upstairs was a bit shaky, no air conditioning upstairs, dated looking bathrooms, closet doors that didn't latch properly, older furniture's in some parts of the home etc. Overall this property was mediocre but has the potential to be a really great property and I hope the ownership will take these suggestions into consideration.

My work team and I enjoyed our stay! It was just like the pictures shown in the description. The host was very responsive and friendly to all the questions that I had during our stay. I would book again in the future!

非常惡劣的房東 Negative: 請不要再使用booking! 請不要再使用booking! 請不要再使用booking! 5/20入住，房子髒並且空調壞掉，跟房東反應有請工人來查看，但未修理完成，約好隔天早上修理。 5/21工人無故未來，房子都是我們的行李，我們只能傻傻的在家裡等，打電話給房東才說沒有機器無法修理還要再等一天。 5/22早上工人載機器來修繕，跟房東保障等他同事來今天一定會修好。 ＊我們要求房東保證今天如果不修好必須全額退款，房東說有20間房子，今天沒修好我們可以搬去別間，我們答應直接搬去其他房子。 工人同事直到晚上8點才到現場修理，修一小時後就說太晚不修理直接離開。 我們打電話給房東，他給我們一間沒有辦法住到退房的房子，我們不同意要在入住的8天不斷搬家。 最後房東答應全額退款讓我們搬走。 在我們班離房子後，房東卻後悔了，他說不願意退款。 ＊＊＊以上都有全程錄影錄音，但是booking並沒有辦法強致全額退款，只能等房東答應。這件事情已經過了21天了，還不能退款。booking並沒有進行監督的工作，所有利益都偏向房東。並且讓這位惡劣房東在booking架上，擁有這麼多房源。 請不要再使用booking! 這一個完全對房客沒有保障的平台。 請不要再使用booking! 請不要再使用booking! 請不要再使用booking!

Nice place! Very close to the downtown!

Nice, quiet areas with lots of activities nearby. It was also spacious enough for the 7 of us. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice location near a lot of activity but on a quiet road.

This property fit us all for sleeping without any issues. The bedrooms with bathrooms allowed for the privacy needed while still being together. The location was great and we could walk to Target, Publix, or Restaurants with ease. The drawback was lack of common space. In order to be together while in the house we were all crowded around the table or sitting on top of eachother in the 1 small common room with a TV. We had to bring chairs upstairs and sit on the floor in an effort to be together.

Perfect host and home! I loved my stay and the home so much! The house itself is great! I definitely will be recommending this house to all my friends and family and definitely will book again! Thank you for the amazing stay!

Great location if you’re wanting to do lots of activities.

We stayed here for a 4 day trip with a group of 11. When we got to the Airbnb, we did need to contact the host to get the code because it wasn’t working, but they were very fast and responsive with a new code. For the amount of time we stayed, the Airbnb was a good location between the airport, main events, and nearby attractions. Overall, it was a nice budget friendly hub for us and would recommend it for big groups. We appreciated the fast communication and look forward to visiting again!

Lots of room Positive: Plenty of bathrooms and beds for a large group. Game room upstairs was nice. Negative: Area for food service was a little small for a large group. Most of the house is set up for sleeping.

Many of the previous reviews indicated that the house was not as clean as expected. We did not find that to be the case. Plus there were plenty of cleaning supplies to use if needed. The kitchen was fully equipped which was fantastic especially since we were there over Thanksgiving. The location could not have been better for eating and shopping. The house is also close to Georgia Tech. This was ideal for us since we also were there to attend the UGA vs GA Tech game. The owners were very responsive to all of our inquiries before and during our stay. We had many requirements that needed to be met when looking for a place to stay in Atlanta and this AirBnB met them all.

Great host!!!

My friends and I came from all over Canada to enjoy a weekend in Atlanta. We thought we had rented a nice, clean place to rest our heads - as per the listing - but what we found was not the nice house in the photos but a dingy, dark and college house like space. The first hour we were there we found a cockroach on the ground and a door in one of the upstairs rooms fell off it's hinges. The next morning I went to make breakfast and the cookware was full of burnt food and blackened and dirty to a point that I couldn't use it. That same morning we found another cockroach in the sink. Paying the price we paid and seeing the photos in the listing, we expected a much cleaner, better equipped, brighter place than we ended up with. The one good thing I will say is that Mariam was very responsive, nice and the check-in was easy. The area is great and very central. But all-in-all, not a place I will be returning to.

The highlight of this property is its fantastic location. Safe, convienient, and flexible. The house is older, but very cool with good useable space. For our family reunion to spend a couple days exploring Atlanta it was great

The place was in a wonderful area. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the home was not exactly up to standard. The floors weren’t clean, the bathrooms consisted of minor issues, and common areas weren’t exactly the cleanest. The home needs some updates and improvements. We had communicated this with them and they were quick to try and improve the situation. They immediately contacted us right away to make things right. Overall, if you are looking for a place in the right location, this is it--however; it is not exactly a luxury home.

Place was big enough to accommodate 14 guests. Place felt very cozy and homey. Perfect for a family vacation, it was clean and everything was provided. Will definitely be back. Host was easy to communicate with, and answered all of our questions.

Location is great! The house is perfect for the 4 families that traveled with us. Floors, especially the kitchen floors were dirty and sticky upon arrival. Otherwise, a great stay!

Great place in neighborhood very close to the city. Walking distance to a Cuban restaurant, Japanese restaurant, BP gas station and more. Easy self check-in with a keypad.

Perfect place for our large group for our weekend trip to Atlanta. Great location, only a short walk from Midtown. Had a great time and would definitely be back. Only things I would mark is that we didn't feel like we had enough blankets or towel for everyone and we were under the listed 14 people possible. Also I would not say this is a luxurious place, lots of little things are broken and the house could use a little maintenance. Our group did not care and was not looking for a luxurious experience but some might and in my opinion would feel let down.
