Osman was very responsive when I called with questions. The house is very close to Mercedes-Benz stadium, as well as Spelman, Clark and Morehouse colleges.

Arrived Friday afternoon, sent picture of basement bathroom leaking water. Osman responded quickly with " I will send someone out." No one ever showed, by Saturday evening the basement was completely unuseable. We were staying here for proximity to Ga Tech and the county swim meet held at their aquatic center. The coaches staying in basement friday night had to find an alternative saturday night last minute which wasnt cheap. Next year we will look somewhere else.

Great location! Smaller home with two bedrooms, & a small kitchen upstairs. Down stairs there a three beds in the basement and a renovated kitchen. Pretty neat. Definitely some molding going on but it’s a small house. Would recommend because of location.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The check-in process was easy. Osman was responsive when I reached out to him. I loved the location because it made it easy for us to get around Atlanta.
