Great home love the decor very quiet community

I am super excited to leave this review. I travel a lot on business and it is hard to find a place that is welcoming. This house was absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. I really appreciate how thoughtful they were in including all the amenities that would allow some one to have a great time. Location is also within minutes of pretty much any where you would like to go. 5 Stars I definitely plan to stay here every chance I am in Atlanta. Thank You guys so much for a wonderful stay and my family and I look forward to staying here again. Blessings always :)

Good location in the middle of a busy city. Feel safe. Bed is comfortable.

Great house in an amazing location. Pictures don’t do the place justice, very nicely done and well appointed. Close proximity to downtown activities yet a very peaceful and safe feeling neighborhood. The yard was a great amenity in the middle of the city.

Convenient location to all the best spots in Atlanta! House has a ton of character that made us feel right at home. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. Driveway was a little tricky to get in/out of due to padlock on gate, but street parking felt safe & was easy to find. House has everything we needed and would definitely rent again!

The House was perfect. impeccable taste ,great touch and amazing design. Had everything you need kitchen wise, bbq fire pit. Really comfortable for all our family. Walking distance to all beautiful mall with movie theaters, shops and restaurants. really convenient location without all the buss and noise. really peaceful street. The house its just incredible and those windows!!!! 😍. we were in love with the house at first sight. easy check in and amazing host response. hope to come back soon. everything was just perfect.

This home is just spectacular for the area. This was our 2nd visit & we loved it for all that it offered all over again. Great view, within walking distance of GT & Atlantic Station, comfortable & relaxed accommodations, perfect setting & a beautiful kitchen! thx again!!

The home is unique. From almost every area of the home you can be seen from the street a bit like a fish bowl. The home wasn’t well maintained . Chairs in the kitchen had lost there foot pads one had duck tape on the seat. We arrived to a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and a washer full of dirty clothes . Our back had some rubbish and some food left out at the BBQ

This place is so beautiful. We truly enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and enjoying the city lights. It’s walking distance to Atlantic Station which has so much shopping and dining. We booked at the last minute and we are so glad we did. It was perfect for a mini vacay Thanksgiving trip. The owners communicated with us when we accidentally left a charger there and were great to work with us to get it back. We will visit this place again; it is in our list of favorite airbnbs.

Nice home in a convenient location in midtown. Whole Foods and Target were within walking distance (about 1/2 to 1 mile). The home has many extras like blender for smoothies, access to a washer and dryer, as well as yoga mats. We loved the openness of the main living area.

Really nice space. As advertised and central to a lot of the sites in Atlanta if you’re visiting. The only issue was that they hired landscapers during our time at the Airbnb and they needed access inside the home for an outlet so we couldn’t leave until that was done — but likely just a one time thing. Otherwise, a great experience. Mariam was very responsive. Space is great for about 6-8 people. Thanks, Div

This place is phenomal! Unique design. High quality finishes. Comfortable beds. It’s even better than the pictures. We spent every night chilling in the backyard around the fire pit. Such a relaxing spot with a view of the Atlanta skyline. Location is one of the best in the city too. Easy access to the interstate and close to everything - Centennial Park/Aquarium, Truist Park, etc. Very safe neighborhood. And the host is very responsive if you need anything. Would stay here again!

This Airbnb was amazing! My family came into town for my graduation weekend and this place suited them perfectly. The house is unique with high ceiling and a wonderful backyard with a city skyline view that we ended up hanging out in a majority of the time. The hosts were always very accommodating and responsive with any questions that came up. The location was very convenient and close to many restaurants, shopping, etc. we would absolutely stay here again!

This is one of the best Airbnb’s i’ve stayed at.

Location, view, a unique environment, and a responsive host all set this vacation rental apart from many others. Walk mere blocks to Midtown, a few more to Piedmont Park, in just a mile you'll reach all the West Side action, and drive just minutes from Virginia Highlands or downtown: no matter where we went, this place made it easy. I lost count of our spontaneous comments about its convenient location, a corner lot just a block off the 14th St freeway bridge along the edge of a generally revitalizing residential area. (Incidentally, we navigated using the 'avoid freeways' setting and saw lots more interesting stuff without fighting I75/85, maybe try this for yourself.) Food and grocery options abound, even on foot. And that skyline view, both night and day, of the best modern Atlanta high rise buildings! Our teen and I just liked to look from various vantages both within and outside of the house. This house has a unique design and look. There's a large fully open concept common area, two bedrooms and three full baths on the main floor, plus a lofted second level. Currently, there's only a desk and a large futon upstairs, plus a bean bag seat within an otherwise non-functional, yet quite characterful, circular space. The front bedroom holds both a high quality queen bed and a double twin bunk bed of a semi-enclosed type. The oversized master suite offers a very comfortable king (it's a newfangled modern type of mattress and though I usually prefer traditional types, I slept royally upon this impressive mattress over 4 nights), and an open concept vanity / glass shower space with separate enclosed toilet room. It's overall a large space that fills up with light and faces the private rear yard and towards Midtown's glimmer. If you add up the bedding counting double sleeping on the king, queen and large futon, the house could sleep up to 8. Yet, the futon area is lofted and so technically lacks full privacy despite no direct line of vision (not an issue for all who might share a bed, as sound isolation isn't always needed), and that front room puts 4 folks in relatively close proximity. I mention all this to help couples or families plan accordingly for sharing this house by understanding this perspective and detail. Three full baths is a true luxury, two have brilliant glass showers, all are very modern, and the central bath includes a combo tub shower. All the windows in the house are floor to ceiling, the main room is vaulted open beam, the master has high roof as does the loft space. It's all very open feeling and bright, then clever curtain arrangements and some sliding doors provide night privacy and block morning sun. Easy parking in front on the street or upon the back yard driveway of this corner lot. Mariam's place is fully equipped with lots of nice towels, pillows of varying types, and a kitchen loaded for cooking or eating in even with a large group. The HVAC system is thoughtfully zoned and so seems as modern as the renovation, while rooms offer ceiling fans, though we visited during mild spring weather when nights required heating so I'm just guessing that you'd be comfortably cool even during Hotlanta's summer months. Marian and her co-host team are impressively responsive, and her positive reviews as a host for this and at least one other property are consistent and seem well earned by her in my mind. She seems genuinely interested in giving us as guests a great experience. I had a few questions at booking, then during our stay we could not find something we needed, and each time responses and even a replacement item arrived within minutes! I'll end by stating: we'd book again without hesitation; in many ways this vacation rental created a favorably memorable experience that elevated our little family's little tour of Atlanta; and, as an experienced and regular vacation rental booker, I place Mariam's Midtown / Home Park / Atlantic Station Modern Farm House in the top tier and it was worth the premium paid (that is, it was a premium spend relative to housing merely three occupants who arguably fit inside a hotel room but who sought--and found--something much more special, functional, and memorable).

We had an absolutely incredible stay in Mariam’s beautiful home. It was located near all of the restaurants and attractions we wanted to see, literally within 15 minutes or less to everything midtown!!! Stone Mountain is super close too (30 min) for a great hiking adventure. Mariam was super accommodating, especially for our large group size including a toddler. This home offered both the cool aesthetic of a fun getaway, but also such a warm, cozy atmosphere. I am SO HAPPY we stayed here, and encourage everyone else to too!!

Nice place & spacious

As soon as I arrived, I was instantly impressed! The house is beautiful, clean, and located in a perfect, central spot of the city. We really enjoyed our stay, everything was smooth, and Mariam was quick to respond to any questions we had.

we loved everything!!! our favorite(s) were the cityscape, the outdoor space with nature & the surround curtains to block out the light. The house was a dream. We had a good supply of dishes, perfect towel supply & the added soap at sinks & in showers made travel packing easier! The upstairs is amazing - but honestly the house has such great space all around & we will be recommending this to all our friends!!! perfect, perfect, perfect! thank you for such a great space, great communication & a place so close to so many cool places (especially our daughter at GT :)

The location is perfect. It goes without saying but there’s no smoking but the yard is beautiful with a gorgeous fire pit.

Perfect location and space at an affordable price!

This exceeded my expectations! My family and I enjoyed the open floor plan, the nightly campfires, and the very comfortable beds. The space is gorgeously styled and feels like you’re in a magazine. Mariam was so responsive & the place was immaculately clean!

I rented this home for my family to have Thanksgiving dinner! The home is beautiful and great for dinner. The picture makes the home look bigger than it truly is again it's still a beauty but I was expecting something bigger. A few other things to know are: There are no full length mirrors and it seems as if some areas of the home are not finished. If you have older guests or young children traveling with you be very careful going up and down the stairway in the front yard as there is no railing and the stairs are uneven. There is a great fire pit in the back yard be sure to bring starter logs if you want to use it. Also random but I think guests should know there is a tree that hangs over the house and acorns fall and hit the windows allll night long lol I thought someone was breaking in multiple times but it's just the acorns! The hosts made herself available whenever I needed her or had questions! Great stay

A beautiful and cozy home, comfortable also for families with kids, and with everything you might need. Nighttime views of Midtown's skyline were great. Checking in was super easy and the hosts were very responsive. We would book again.
