We really enjoyed the place. It’s quirky in a good way. Interesting out of the box interior architectural details, quiet, just overall nice. A huge improvement for us a small group over hotel accommodations.

Perfect location and beautiful home!

Great place to stay if you're planning to do activities in downtown Atlanta. The place was very clean with lots of amenities and close to shopping and restaurants. There are little quirks...Cell charger blocks won't fit in the floor outlets ( had to use laptop charger). The driveway gate open/close situation was a LOT--backing out was a little challenging as a semi was parked on the street in front of the driveway, making it difficult or impossible to back out. As a result, the gates wouldn't open all the way (car needs to be a certain distance from gates for them to swing open). We eventually just left the car inside the gate after getting it in there. .There were cars racing every night. It didn't last long, but woke us up at 2am every night. Some of us kept getting locked out the first day, as the doors auto-lock behind you. This will happen until you learn the code or just leave the latch in the unlock position (backdoor). Overall it was a nice place to stay, very "homey.

Stayed for my daughters graduation and she loved the house if we were millionaires we would have purchased it and no one else would have the privilege to enjoy it, but seriously great spot with easy access to everything. 10 out of 10

This is an architecturally interesting and unique property. We stayed here when my daughter graduated from Georgia Tech and were able to easily walk to graduation ceremonies and the campus. It served as a great home away from home for our family to gather. The backyard and wrap around porch serve an added special touch. The owner was easily responsive to small concerns and requests. Would highly recommend!

Excellent location for walkability to downtown attractions! Super cool house with unique features. Decorated and styled to perfection. Very well equipped! Private, secure parking behind the house. My 14 year old had a lot of fun with the Pac-Man arcade game! Would recommend to anyone looking for walkable city access.

Great value for a hip spot in a perfect part of town with easy access to Piedmont Park, as well as the attractions in downtown. Would highly recommend to stay here for a few couples or family.

Last minute plans and lucky to find this cool spot accessible to so much. Private parking, open floorplan, cool design, outdoor space, and way closer to downtown than it felt while hanging at the house.

We’ve stayed here for a couple of days and loved the house. It’s spacious and well equipped. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice and clean. A 10min walk brings you to all shops, restaurants and bars, so well located.

Host were excellent, fast responses to needs, and maintained communication throughout stay. Home has premium location and puts you minutes away from restaurants, attractions, and downtown. Private parking was available but was a little difficult to manage with a larger vehicle because of how the driveway curves and goes uphill. Overall great experience

Great location for a short stay

Outside does inside no justice. Positive: Accommodation. Large enough to sleep seven women comfortably. Central to the places we planned to visit. Negative: Steps leading up to and into home were very steep. The outside aesthetics did the inside, no justice. There were several woven interior rugs that seemed to be unraveling, and the living room one had stains throughout it. Wish it had long mirrors to view yourself .

VERY close to all things midtown/downtown Atlanta. Convenient stay if attending Georgia World Congress Center or surrounding areas but still feel safe to be out and about. It is close to the interstate which can be a positive or negative but we enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay!

Very cozy and beautiful home in Midtown Positive: Very cozy, with all the details thought of. Loved the location of the property - in close proximity to everywhere we planned to visit. Negative: Only issue I had was with the master bed - was very uncomfortable/hard. I’m thinking maybe it doesn’t have a mattress topper?

Mariam was great to deal with

The place was really great. Really good design and very comfortable. But i think i was in bad luck because my stay was a bit chaotic. One of the bathrooms were not working well so was a bit mess having a party of 7 stay in the property. Mariam was very responsive and proactive to fix the problem, but it had to replace some of the pipes in the house, it was a big work. For the next guest who comes next, i think will be fine. But for me it was not nice having hard noises of breaking, working, etc. I think if you have to repair something big is logical to do it when your guests are not there anymore. I was expecting be more nice in checkout, having more time or something else, some compensation. But not at all. I think if nothing of this would happen, my stay will be perfect. But it was not my case.

We really enjoyed our stay. Mariam was attentive to answering our questions. The home was beautifully renovated and spacious. The vibe of the neighborhood made you feel at home and safe. We loved everything from the peaceful street to the lovely view of the ATL skyline to the close vicinity to Atlantic Station (shopping, theater, skating ring, Publix/Target, restaurants) and downtown Atlanta. This was one of my best AirBnB stays. Mariam made the check in and check out process very simple. Trust me, this is the place to make your stay memorable.

Last minute book, and these guys took care of me. Thanks again always a great place to stay.

Convenient location with lots to do, would recommend to anyone!

My daughter was married at the Tavern at Piedmont Park and I wanted a place where she and I could be together and entertain her bridesmaids as they arrived for her special day. It was everything I had imagined for her. The kitchen and great room was perfect! I was beyond thrilled with all the rooms and bedrooms. My daughter had a large room and bathroom as she prepared for all the festivities during the week. Everyone who came commented on how lovely everything was.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very comfortable, the outdoor living space is fantastic!!!
