Modern Farm house in heart of the City- Sleeps 12

This house was the best choice for a gathering of friends that used to live in Atlanta, but hadn't seen each other in years, and our respective families. The full kitchen and equipment provided were truly appreciated for a big group like ours, the kids enjoyed having such an open space to play, and the location was perfect for the areas we wanted to revisit in the city. True to the pictures, meeting all of our expectations. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay right in the middle of Atlanta! Short walk to Atlantic Station, quiet street despite being near the highway, and very cool layout. Bathrooms were well stocked and we had plenty of room to hang out throughout the house. We had a great time and we believe it’s great value for a long weekend!

We had a wonderful time staying at Mariam's house. My family was visiting, and we wanted to find a place that was cozy, convenient, and felt like home. Mariam and her property were exactly what we were looking for. Mariam is a superb host—responsive, friendly, warm, and understanding. When our car had a flat tire during checkout, she was incredibly kind and let us stay a little longer while we fixed the problem. We really appreciated her understanding and flexibility during an unexpected situation. The house itself was beautiful and spacious, perfectly located in the midtown neighborhood. My family enjoyed being able to walk from the house into the city. We highly recommend Mariam and her place to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable stay with family and friends!

House was located in a nice location. There were a lot of kitchen utensils and etc available for us to use on the rare nights we decided to cook. Some minor blemishes here and there but nothing that significantly impacted our stay. Overall, we would definitely consider coming back!

This location was very central to Atlanta hotspots. Location is easy to get to from interstate. Mariam was very responsive and provided clear guidance in a timely matter.

Great place for large groups in a good location.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The space was spotless and the host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making check-in seamless. Honestly, it looks even better than the photos. We’d love to come back and highly recommend this gem to anyone planning a trip!

Overall a very good stay. Easy checkin/checkout. Reasonable home base to get just about anywhere in ATL. Beds were pretty comfortable. Nice to have a separate bathroom for each bedroom. Loft space was great for kid(s). Just a few items that could be addressed: i) some cosmetic issues in places; ii) the "wood" given for the fire pit was just cut branches, not really firewood; and iii)it did not have some of the smaller creature comforts that many Airbnb's have these days (e.g., snacks, small creme cups for coffee, etc.). Overall, I would recommend.

perfect for what we needed!

Great space! Used it during our intimate wedding ceremony.

We had a great time. Plenty of room in the house and close to everything! Positive: Nice big house. Close to aquarium and other places. Fire pit. Negative: King size bed was too firm.

Overall, it was a very spacious home and I appreciated how responsive The host Mariam was. Unfortunately, there were a few things that I tried to address as far as the cleanliness of the home and received no response. Upon arrival, the toilets were dirty (pics taken), we had to sweep because the kitchen floor was dusty. The sleep accommodations also were not what we expected. The home is very spacious and we appreciated the location we were in.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at Mariam's house. It is beautiful in the pictures and even more gorgeous in person (is that even possible??!!). We were traveling with an elderly person in a wheelchair who had no problem navigating the house (wide hallways, walk in shower). It was a perfect setup. The Atlantic Station mall is a 10 minute walk away if you want to do some shopping or get a mani/pedi. Bottom line- this gorgeous house and location will exceed your expectations. Don't hesitate, book it!

Great location in Midtown!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was extremely convenient for the downtown activities we were in town for. The city views at nigh from the back yard are beautiful. We enjoyed the private backyard and fire pit, the open layout of the kitchen and the comfort of the bedrooms.

This house was a fantastic place to host Christmas this year - Mariam was an exceptional host and I would book with her again in a heartbeat!

We really liked staying here. It had everything we needed, was well-decorated, clean, comfortable, and spacious. We would definitely stay here again. The host, communicated well and was a kind and gracious host.

The Modern House in ATL was a great stay during our Thanksgiving celebration. The house was super clean and organized, close to mall, stores and restaurants within walking distance. The view to the beautiful Midtown buildings were a plus. Loved the feeling of being in the city. Mariam is a super host, being responsive from the start. She even gave us the heads up about a forgotten item. I recommend this house if you are planning on visiting ATL.

Absolute amazing stay at Mariam’s! My niece, nephews and I had such a great time. Great outdoor space, lots of room and close to Piedmont Park. Wonderful stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay in safe neighborhood and close to Atlantic Station with lots to do

The property was extremely dirty, with mold in several areas, and the overall state was poor. Most of the electrical outlets were non-standard, making it impossible to use them. The house also lacked privacy, with curtains instead of doors in several areas and see-through windows in the bathrooms that faced the common areas, compromising privacy while bathing. The property listing claimed it could accommodate 12 people, but with only 4 beds, I don’t see how that’s possible. Additionally, the photos on Airbnb were extremely misleading compared to the reality of the house. The house was described as pet-friendly, yet the garage door was broken, limiting its usability. Due to these issues and the evidence we provided, Airbnb has refunded us. I strongly advise others not to rent this place.

This place was absolutely perfect for my large family in town for a wedding. Everyone was super comfortable and felt right at home. The home is beautifully designed, every single item felt considered. The host was also very flexible to our needs which I deeply appreciated and responded quickly to every question. Would highly recommend this spot for a large group!

We had a great stay! Very unique modern property with plenty of room and beautiful kitchen. The fenced backyard was great for our 2 dogs to run around. The location is very convenient to everything in Midtown. Note that all the bathrooms are on the first floor and that the upstairs bedroom doesn't have a dedicated bathroom. But that wasn't an issue for us since we ended up using only the first floor bedrooms.

Would definitely stay here again. Perfect in most ways: style of home, amenities, decor, location. We traveled with our elderly moms, both with mobility issues so having all bedrooms and bathrooms on one level was perfect. We thought they could handle the front steps to the house. However there were a set of 3-4 steep concrete steps with no railings that we didn’t expect as they’re not in the photos. So we used the entrance from the back and side of the house and guided them as carefully as possible. Besides that we enjoyed the home very much and would stay there again!

Very nice place. It’s close to GTech, Midtown and Bhead. All walkable and less than a 5min drive.
