Great place to stay. Close to everything

Very charming & clean! Loved the location. Hope to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was right by a bus station so it make transformation easy. The house was clean comfortable. We felt at home.

Close to Atlantic Station, grocery stores and downtown.

When we arrived on a hot Friday the home was hot and the AC did not appear to work. We contacted owner and she sent a repair person the next day. The first night the house was very hot at 80 degrees and we got little sleep - the windows are sealed shut and could not be opened. In the morning we were in the uncomfortable space of waiting for the repair person to arrive , and it took that person the entire day to repair - we were faced with supervising this or leaving and trusting the ownder - the repairman needed to be in and out of the house. The repair person reported that both AC units for the top and bottom floors were separately broken for unrelated issues, such that I don't believe that this happened all on the afternoon we arrived. I requested a refund , and owner said she would refund, but it has now been over 2 weeks and she has not responded. I don't like writing a negative review, but would not recommend.

This home worked out wonderfully for our two families of four in town for a weekend wedding. Plenty of sleeping space and with the large back deck and wonderful front porch with a swing there was plenty of space for all to spread out and visit.
