Brand-New 3Story Home with Rooftop in Midtown

Nice home

The house was exactly as listed! Spacious enough for me to host my friends with plenty of space to get away if needed! Worked very well for a dinner I hosted thanks to the well appointed and open kitchen! The outdoor space is a welcome change to having to be inside at all times! The host was very communicative with ample pre-arrival instruction! Would definitely book again!

Betty’s place was nice and well put together; Parking was a little tight, due to where the home is located , but you can fit 2-3 cars in front of the home; but other than that everything looked just like the pictures and we enjoyed our stay. Also The rooftop area was really spacious and able to accommodate a number of guest, and you can also see part of the city from there.

Betty’s home was perfect for our Granddaughters graduation ceremony. The accommodations housed our families needs. Beds were comfortable and main living floor was spacious. Thank you Betty for sharing this lovely home in a perfect area for GT events.

Celebrated my 30th birthday with a staycation in Atlanta and had an amazing time staying at Bettys place. The place was so spacious and located in a great area close to many restaurants and bars. We had a great stay at this Airb&b and everyone loved the house. Betty was the best in communicating, and made check in and out so easy to understand. The house has a beautiful rooftop patio which we all loved. Would recommend this stay to anyone. 10/10!!!

This house was great and definitely accurate to its description and attractiveness as listed. It is definitely new and modern, clean and sleek, and perfect for a larger family or a couple small ones. There aren't many personal touches, decorations, or "cozy home" type furnishings; just super clean, functional, and amazing views from the patio! We were there for cooler weather, so an outdoor fire pit or heater on the patio would have been amazing. The dish selection could improve...I was looking forward to drinks on the patio in quality glasses only to find plasticware from Walmart (maybe I missed the nicer dish selection in one of the many cabinets?). Our biggest complaints would be the queen bed on the third floor was NOT very comfortable for a couple to sleep in; it was stiff, but worst of all sunken-in in the middle. Also, the shower in the ensuite bathroom of said room has a very distinct mildew smell, likely due to the tiles and grout coming apart already and water seeping in.

This Airbnb was exactly as described in the listing. We enjoyed the space very much and would definitely come back again!

Visited Atlanta for a long Cheer Sports weekend. The house easily accommodated 4 girls and 4 adults with ample space, huge kitchen, and spacious bathrooms to prepare for the day. There is also a rooftop deck when the weather is nice. The home is conveniently located blocks away from Georgia Tech and Atlantic Station for food and entertainment. It is very quiet and accessible to everything. I actually walked over and caught the season opener for GT Baseball in-between Cheer events. If you're travelling to the Atlanta Convention Center or Mercedes Benz Dome, you'll need an Uber. Overall, I would highly recommend Betty's vacation home if you're visiting Atlanta and I would not hesitate rebooking a stay in the future. A++

Very pleasant experience. Peaceful spot. It seemed like an area where GT students housed but there were no noise issues.

My family and I had a great stay here. The house is exactly like the pictures and is perfect for a family/group. The location was convenient as well.

The rooftop view at night is amazing!!!!!!! We had an unforgettable stay in this absolutely stunning new rooftop home! Not only was its modern design appealing and functional; our family was easily able to unwind and bond thanks to the sleek, fully-equipped chef's kitchen which quickly became our favorite spot. Everything in this home is well thought out with care and precision. If one needs to work remotely, this house would be their dream: well lit and peaceful with reliable Wi-Fi that made being productive easier. We were pleased with how nearby shopping and activities were all within such a quick 4-minute drive—including coffee, dining out, or just taking in the sights. My family had an unforgettable experience here and can't wait to visit again. This place provided the ideal combination of comfort, style, and location - truly making our vacation memorable.

This home was beautiful! Very clean and fully stocked with all the necessities. My family really enjoyed their stay and felt right at home while we celebrated the Thanksgiving holiday. Other than the parking, everything was awesome. I would highly recommended staying.
