There are two units here, it turns out. We thought we were getting a house with four bedrooms and two baths (and two kitchens), but in fact, got two separate two-bedroom units, under the same roof but otherwise not connected. To get from the upstairs unit to the downstairs unit, you have to exit the front door, and go around to the back and enter the lower unit from the back yard. The hosts were highly responsive--when a sofa-bed turned out to be broken, they had someone out promptly to give us a couple more beds in the place to make sure our needs were met. The location is great--good access (walking distance) to Atlantic Station, Midtown, and Georgia Tech, and very easy to hop on and off of the Freeway (I-75), so easy access to everything. Good off-street parking. Nice quiet street. Great for accommodating a large group like ours.

The place was great and exactly as described. I appreciated the hosts timely responses and they even went out of their way to accommodate me when I asked for a fan. Great people and a great place that I’d whole heartedly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our needs, and the quick access to Atlantic Station was great. The house is older and had a bit of wear, but it was clean, comfortable, and functional.
