Private Getaway In Midtown 2bedroom- SLEEP 5

Nice place. The owners are responsive.

Moved my daughter to an apartment in Midtown and this was the perfect location - nice neighborhood and I was able to walk to her apartment (avoiding traffic). We ended up eating out while we were in town so did not use the kitchen - but it looked fine. The bedrooms and bathroom were clean. The driveway is pretty steep but we had no issues. Parked my UHaul truck in the street without issues. We'd stay here again!

Amazing stay 10/10 The house is clean and tidy, bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, all spotless. Very quiet and beautiful neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants nearby. Will book again in the future

Very responsive. A couple things came up and it was taken care of right away. Nice area. Close to restaurants. Would stay there again.

The place was very clean and neat, and neighborhood is good. The kitchen set is complete and convenient. The house itself was only okay, the flooring seems old and the wifi was very slow. Noise insolation is bad, movement from upstairs can be clearly heard. One of the bedroom windows directly faces the AC unit and can be noisy at night.

We enjoyed our stay at this airbnb. Great location. We were in Atlanta to tour Georgia Tech so this was a great location. Clean home and very responsive host. If my son ends up at Georgia Tech, we would stay here again.

A few concerns to highlight about our stay: 1. Host Not Helpful - Host company did not resolve our request to fix WiFi despite repeated requests from us. It was never fixed and host did not respond to several messages. Host appears to be a company versus the owner of the house. 2. Safety - This apartment is 1 of 2 in this house and is on the ground floor. There was one window that does not lock because the clasp. The deck on the top floor rental cannot be built to code and looks very dangerous. There was a piece of wood in the kitchen with nails sticking out of it that was left on the floor. 3. Misleading Accommodations or Description - States the company manages the entire house which is misleading as this rental is on the lower level and is very noisy from people walking on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor rental accommodates 9 people. Apartments are not well labelled causing several individuals from the other rental to knock on our door late at night. I don't recommend this rental.

This was a great stay! Spent over 2 weeks here was pleased. The one thing I struggled with was the wifi being spotty at times. Other than that it was very solid.

My stay was very peaceful and the place was clean. It’s a cute little spot that I felt comfortable and at home in. The host is quick to respond and super friendly! If I’m in the area again, I’d definitely stay here again! Worth the price and time.

My friends and I stayed here for the Georgia vs Alabama football game and a concert. It was perfect in location. As young girls, we were worried about safety, but the house was in a great location and we felt safe. Would highly recommend.
