New Home in MidTown- Sleeps 11 For Rent in Atlanta

Loved our stay here and so close to great Atlanta spots!

Our group had an awesome stay in Atlanta! The house’s location was amazing. It was peaceful and felt remote yet very walkable to the Midtown and Downtown areas where there’s lots to do and see. The best part of the house is all the bathrooms!! For a group our size, it made everything easier and more enjoyable. Thank you for making our trip possible and affordable!

great stay

The house was very cute, and the rain showers in the bathroom were amazing! Kitchen was very nice and we appreciated the coffee that was available as well as the condiments in the frig that were available. We only had one small issue, the porch light was burned out when we arrived, but they fixed it the next day. The house was about a 15 minute Uber ride north of the Georgia World Congress Center where we were going for a trade show each day, so that was great, and we did not encounter any traffic issues. However, the neighborhood is a bit mixed (apartment buildings/houses as close to Georgia Tech I think?) and as women staying there alone, we did not feel comfortable walking anywhere to get food, snacks etc. so we did have to Uber or order in all food via Door Dash. The house was really nice and we would definitely stay there again.

Everything was on point! Excellent stay! Close to everything! Airport about 30 minutes away! Everything else about 15 minutes! Bring some comfortable shoes though because the house sits on a hill. You also park on the hill! Smokers their is not a deck yet but it looks like it will be one soon! Everything was nice! I had a ball and yes I would stay again!

Nice house. Clean and spacious. Lots of bedrooms. Right in Georgia Tech neighborhood so felt safe and it was a quiet neighborhood. Parking was a little inconvenient for more than 2 cars hood for big groups

Everything went smooth worked with us on every need allowed us to extend check out time no problem great host !!!

I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again, felt right at home. House was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. I loved most of the rooms had they own bathroom. Alot of fun activities and great restaurants is just a short drive away. The host had great communication , easy to check in and simple rules. Definitely book this home!

This was such a lovely stay for a 10 girl trip! It was so nice to have beds and bathrooms for nearly everyone and a very spacious kitchen and living area!! I would definitely recommend staying at this location— it was very well priced and a short 15 min Uber or less to nearly every location we wanted to visit!

Had a minor maintenance issue but they were extremely responsive and even came out to the house promptly to address it. Beds weren’t the most comfortable thing but loved they had their own bathrooms. Overall, I’d stay here again!

The house was clean, we felt safe as it’s in a god area. It is close to everything so the location was everything. The only draw back is the stairs or steps at the entrance , it is really slippery when wet and is definitely a hazard, I think railings will help. One of the persons in our party slipped and hurt his back because the steps were wet. Overall it was a good stay.

Maybe a bad luck of the draw but place has to be spotless when leaving. A piece of furniture that was probably at the end of its life was tossed and claimed for damages. Will not recommend.

Great place, clean, owners were pretty fast with communication. There’s plenty of natural lighting. We were glad to be able to do laundry but the washing machine and dryer are pretty loud upstairs, so try doing laundry during the day time. Love that there was plenty of streaming services on the tv too. The only thing is the listing says 6 beds but there were only 5 beds. Luckily they had an air mattress in a closet. We were pretty comfy nonetheless. I would definitely recommend this place for a trip to ATL.

I wish they had a 100 star option! This place was immaculate and everything as described. Very quiet neighborhood but only a quick Uber drive to everything down town we wanted to see and do. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the Atlanta area and I would absolutely stay here again. Great communication and every amenity needed for traveling light.

This was the perfect fit for our crew in town for a work weekend. Lots of welcoming space, clean, and cute back patio! En suite bathrooms were amazing!

Unsatisfactory

I stayed here with my parents, kids, and husband, and I will stay here again the next time I visit Atlanta. This house is a great, safe location, close to food, shopping (Atlantic Station), and kid-friendly activities (zoo, children’s museum, Botanic Gardens, etc.), and, with 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths, everyone had plenty of space. We had a very nice 2-night stay.

This is a great location — conveniently located to everything in Atlanta, but on a quiet street. Miriam was a great hostess, and I really appreciated her communicativeness.

Miriam was very responsive whenever I reached out with a question. She brought over more coffee (a daily necessity) when I told her we were almost out.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice and neat.

Loved it! Clean home well taken care off and 10 minute drive to downtown. Exactly what you see on the pictures. Had a blast will book again.

This rental was great for our family weekend together.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was clean, modern, had a solid 5 bedrooms and great location. To put the cherry on top, our Air B N B host held our package and had great communication. If you want to be around downtown and be in the mix, I highly recommend this spot!

Awesome stay!! Great for a group! Parking is only for two mid size vehicles or 3 cars. We brought a large SUV and a midsize SUV so parking was tight. Other than that everything was great!!

Mariam is not only an amazing host !!! but the house was beautiful - very spacious. It is in the perfect location to get around the midtown. Will for sure be booking again the next time my family comes to town.

Great space for decent sized groups. Most bedrooms have their own bathroom so it helps with privacy. Host was very communicative and helpful, would stay again.
