New Home in MidTown- Sleeps 11 For Rent in Atlanta

Very convenient location. Parking was inadequate for the size house. Beds were very comfortable. Den furniture is not as shown, making it not quite as roomy as anticipated. There is a musty smell when you enter the house that was very detracting for a couple of our guests. There is only one tv in the house. Livable, but definitely not plush.

Great place in a great area near campus and other popular destinations.

This place was amazing! We used it as a holding for actors for a movie we were filming in the area and the host was extremely accommodating! Would highly recommend to any production crew who is filming in town to use them.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was in great condition and suited our needs due to the location.

Place wasn’t the cleanest . The shower in the master bedroom didn’t work I contacted the host she “seemed” to be unaware . Had a strong smoke smell masked by air freshener and plug in’s . Not much in the house no tvs expect one downstairs. A few things that could be upgraded and tweaked but it’s still a place to lay your head. Beds were comfortable one of the sheets in one of the bedrooms were dirty so we avoided that one all together. It was last minute and we needed something so I can’t complain.

More than great hosts, would stay at any of their properties when I come back to Atlanta! Positive: Large bedrooms with clean bathrooms. Large tv in the family place. Hosts are super responsive, helpful, and accommodating

Mariam was super responsive to any question. As stated in other reviews, there was construction at the property. We were told ahead of time about landscaping projects. The only trouble was the dirt on the sidewalk from all of the construction, which transferred into the house and into the cars. The front porch steps need a little work, but it is an older house and to be expected. The place was very clean and as described. The showers were fantastic. As with most Airbnb’s, More towels for a week stay would have been nice to be supplied, but they were offered after asked. The only suggestion is a comfortable chair or two in the living area as there is one sofa, and then hard metal dining chairs. The location is easy to get to downtown and just a block or two from Georgia Tech. so it’s very convenient. It’s a good Airbnb for the price.

Great stay and a perfect location!

The pictures don’t do justice! This place was AMAZING. Although we were barely there, we were it was so cozy and warm. Great place if you and your friends to need a place to sleep while having your own room and bathroom!

Good location with close approximation to Georgia Tech and downtown at Atlanta. House had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, really enjoyed our time there.

Great stay! We had a conference at the Mercedes Benz stadium and this was a great location with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 9. Also, very clean.

I came with a group of 10 and we had an impeccable experience. The location was absolutely perfect and near the aquarium, all the nice midtown eats, and downtown! Communication was clear and we had zero issues with entering the house. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the home. I would definitely stay again!!

The house is just like the pictures. It was very clean! We were not aware there was a house being built in the backyard. There was not any grass in the yard, just clay that was easily tracked in. Overall, a great stay.

Stayed here with 8 people before heading to North Carolina for a wedding. Plenty of space for people to sleep and we loved having so many bathrooms for the # of people we had. The construction in the morning was a tad annoying, but cannot be surprised by the fact we stayed during the week.

Everything was as described. Only thing, they are under construction on the lot behind so was a little muddy walking through the front.

Great place.

Construction in back unexpected. extra traffic from work trucks. Host promptly replenished paper goods and brought extra mugs. Plenty of space for our family of 9 for 3 nights.

The stay here was great, and the house was the perfect size for our group. We are frequently in ATL, and the house was just a quick trip to Midtown. Miriam went above and beyond to answer questions and help us when we forgot a computer after checkout. It was an amazing stay. Thanks so much!

Quiet neighborhood but the couple downstairs were very loud / arguing. The home looks like the photos and has everything you need in the kitchen

Stayed with a group of 5 and everyone got their own room (and almost their own bathroom for everyone). The place perfectly fit our needs.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Was a nice surprise to arrive and find out three of the bedrooms had attached bathrooms not just one as we expected from looking at the pics. Neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe at all times. There is some construction out back but we never heard any noise from it so it didn't affect our stay at all. Tons of good restaurants within walking distance or a short Uber ride. House was clean and stocked up with anything we needed. Host was lighting fast to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely book this location again next time we're in the area.

I've been to Atlanta before but never have I stayed somewhere that was so close to everything! We never needed to drive more than 10 minutes to get to anywhere in the downtown/midtown area. Parking for 2 cars was available to us when the street was a quiet block. I will definitely look into staying here the next time I'm back in town.

Responsive hosts and spacious place! We had plenty of room for 8 people. There was some construction directly behind the building but wasn’t disruptive from our view. There is a unit underneath the main space and we didn’t realize that so would have been more cognizant of noise had we known!

The house was clean and in a great location! It was very spacious for our party of 5. The early morning construction was a tad bit disruptive but we highly recommend this house. Also, TV’s in the bedrooms would be great!

Great place to stay at. In walking distance to Georgia Tech.

I did not stay here myself but housed teachers who were in training M-S 8-5. Miriam was very responsive when we needed to communicate something. Construction was finishing, but Miriam worked quickly to ensure it stopped by the time the teachers got home. We were happy to find a nice place to accommodate a large group of people in intensive training!

Great location and roomy house that accommodates a week’s stay comfortably. Miriam was extremely helpful and easy to reach. Bedrooms are laid out such that there is plenty of privacy between the rooms.

It was a very pretty home, definitely will come again.

There was construction happening behind the house looks like they were building a whole other house or addition. There was no curtain or privacy while I was showering the construction workers could see in. I called the host they had someone come put a privacy film but the damage was done. They also left a cord across the front door threshold that my brother tripped over and hurt himself. When I advised Airbnb they tried to say I needed to report within 72 hours when in fact I did. If you think you’re to going have a peaceful stay this is not the house also there was someone there on the grounds everyday. ABSOLUTELY NO PRIVACY!!!

The house is nice, clean, and in a good location right next to Georgia Tech. Easy to walk to campus, and there are all several restaurants in walking distance.

It was my first time to visit Atlanta, and this house was really nice and the hosts are really kind. This great memory in this city will be never forgotten to me.

Was very close to our event. Easy to get around. Close in location

This rental was barely adequate but could easily be improved upon. The furnishings in the living area did not match the photo - very disappointing. There was not enough seating for a house that sleeps 11. The lighting in the bedrooms was horrible - small, ineffective lights on the nightstands - they need to invest in proper lamps. The bath towels were worn looking and the sheets could use a refresh. There were only about 5 hangars in the entire house - clearly not enough. I texted the owner for more and never got a response. The kitchen utensils were sparse and cheap ... there were only 6 forks (two of which were baby-sized) - again, not enough for a house that sleeps 11. On the positive side, the kitchen and baths were nicely updated.

Easy check in. Great location. Close to everything! All the restaurants were no more than a 10 min drive. Appreciated the quick communication as well. Definitely recommend this stay!

My family enjoyed staying here! The house was very clean and spacious for a family of ten. They were doing construction in the back, but that didn’t bother us much! Wonderful and safe location as well. We would definitely book again in the future!
