Nice place ! Loved the stay. Kitchen and bathrooms are superb . We all enjoyed our stay. Very clean and lots of amenities in the kitchen 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 The neighbor took pics of my car because I parked in the wrong space for 30 min. Then took more pictures the next day. He’s harmless

Great house in midtown close drive to everything

We were in town for a family wedding and it was great to have rooms and bathrooms for our group to all fit in one house. Location was excellent…we were about a 10 min drive (or less) from everywhere we wanted to go (Fox Theatre, Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Art of Puppetry and the High Art Museum).

Overall the place was nice, however was disappointed that the pictures provided did not match the decor at all. Place was picked specifically how it was presented over other available places.

Stayed here for a friend's bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect amount of space for all of us. Host was pretty responsive and pro-active in making sure everything was explained and prepared for upon arrival. House was very clean and things looked just like the pictures, except for the living room which had different couches and furniture pieces. Kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms were clean. Only thing was at times the shower did get cold, but we assumed that happened due to multiple people maybe showering at the same time. All in all, would stay here again as it was close to everyhwere we wanted to go and a great experience!

Came here with some friends for a fun weekend exploring Atlanta. Location was excellent and the house had enough space for the 7 of us (plus room for another couple)! The amount of bathrooms was great too. This next point isn’t very important because the living room furniture was very comfortable, but it does not match the photo. Just a side note! Great home base for our quick weekend trip. Easy Uber to the main downtown areas of Atlanta. Would recommend!

Our group had a great time staying at the place! Everyone was able to have their own room and space to decompress after a day of exploring ATL. The area was very peaceful but we were able to fit right in as students since it’s adjacent to Georgia Tech.

Great house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, so everyone has their own space. Location was excellent - very close to shops at Atlantic Station, and attractions in Midtown and Downtown.

Location, house and amenities were all up to experience and my friends and I had a great stay. Only issue was the shower water would often run really cold after about 5 minutes in the shower but otherwise it was a great stay.

Can't beat the location! Great spacious home for a big family. Parking on site. Door automatically locks, but also automatically unlocks from the inside. Meaning, you just turn the handle and the door will unlock, so be careful with little ones. Overall, a great stay and choice for our family.

Amazing stay! This place felt like home away from home. From the comfy beds , hot showers, down to the appliances ! (the throw blankets get extra brownie points!) thank you for an amazing stay and hope to stay again in the future!

The location was easy to get to and in a nice quiet spot out of the way. Plenty of room for my group of 8. Beds were comfortable and the space was clean. I genuinely can’t think of anything to complain about.

We stayed in Atlanta for a professional conference. From the initial booking through checkout, Mariam was readily available to assist us and was in constant communication. The location was perfect to travel to and from downtown and having individual bathrooms for each bedroom was so nice for our team members. Mariam was kind to facilitate a shipment of conference materials for us, as well. This was a great stay for our team. Thank you!

Exactly what we needed for our group of 9! Great location, close to midtown and the interstate. Loved having 4 bathrooms! The house is located on a dead end road which was nice for privacy. The house is as described and covered our needs for the weekend. We will be saving for future trips back to Atlanta!

Mariam’s stay was great! It was enough to fit all 7 people. The stay was close to a lot of popular places in Atlanta. Mariam was very responsive and overall had a great time.

Came to Atlanta this weekend for a conference, the property had more than enough space for my chapter and I. I really enjoyed being so close to Georgia Tech. I would recommend this property to anyone come to Atlanta.

The house was clean and sneakily spacious. It was perfect for the 5 of us and having 4 bathrooms was great to get us ready and out the door. The living room could use another couch to have more seats to comfortably watch TV. Beds were comfortable and clean. There is a separate basement apartment that seems to have a permanent tenant and there is a new home connected to this house but not accessible. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for making group meals. I would definitely stay again as the neighborhood was close enough to fun without being right in the middle of it. we felt safe as Georgia police regularly patrolled.
